I visited the store a few days ago to look at trim and to get a new lock. I was approached by Logan who was very helpful and kind. He was very honest and upfront with me explaining that they where out of trim. He told me he could reach out to his suppliers and see if they possibly had what I was looking for. Unfortunately they didn’t, but I got the sense and comfort knowing that an employee cared and tried for me. I’ll definitely be back.

Pathetic!! Won’t sell to the public anymore. They said they are only taking care of their account holder who took care of them over the years. Do you guys forget who takes care of all the contractors who buy from you. Luckly there are plenty of lumber stores in Vegas a few hours a away. Can’t wait for the next housing market crash to see who takes care of you then.

I have called and asked for quotes several times or have tried to purchase from this company, if you don’t have an active account, they will not quote you or talk about availability, they were rude on the phone and not willing to take my money, unfortunately we purchased all products for our home build in Vegas, better customer service and better pricing.

This company has been difficult to deal with for years. But they can get some products for a reasonable price, so we've used them multiple times. Now they're no longer accepting cash customer orders.

I walked in (first time being there) and was immediately greeted with a "someone will be right with you." Sure enough within not even a minute a gentleman started helping me. They were a friendly staff, friendly to eachother and their customers. They took the time to really help and make sure I was taken care of. They had what I needed and i was on my way. I honestly walked out of there thinking I'm going to recommend them to everyone, they were so helpful.

Tried purchasing 220 2x6x16's, and over 30 sheets of osb for a job. The guy on the phone was more interested in being a tough guy than making over 10k. They refused to let me purchase anything because I didn't have an account and wouldn't let me open one. I guess I'll just buy my lumber from one of 100 other places in town. Sorry you hate your job but, not my fault you're stuck there.

Even though the doors are locked and so the show room is closed and so we had to call and make an appointment... these guys were super helpful with all our needs even though we are just doing a small remodel compared to the big builders I’m sure they are working with. Ron helped us with initially ordering all the trim and a fire rated door we needed and everyone who helped us out when I needed to go back for a little more was very nice and professional. Thanks so much Burton! Did I mention we saved a TON of money by suing Burton? Totally worth making that initial phone call for an appointment.
