Will not be back here to do our taxes. The lady that came after to check up on a few things was extremely loud we felt like there was no privacy and she had attitude. She was saying that I was lying even though I kept giving her the correct information. Not only that but there are multiple mistakes on a few forms that we found out later.

A cozy establishment and very friendly staff.The service is not good, they could not include additional income from my rents, Santiago had to come in person to include it in my income.They pressured me to send it online, I refused and they prepared it manually, they charged me $151 after a $40 discount.191 dollars? And this flat rate is online or manual. In other similar places they charge you half for electronic shipping and a third for manual shipping.

Worst place to do your taxes, they did mine and my husband's taxes, the ITN was expired and they fined me as they sent the papers to renew it, receive the ITN and talk to the IRS and they told me that they did not fill out the papers correctly and they sent my documents To issue now I have to wait 20 weeks and when I spoke to her office the receptionist told me that she sent everything correct that she did not have to put that it was a copy in the copy that I sent of my taxes and she spoke to me with an attitude and I asked her for her name and he didn't want to give it to me and he didn't want to spend it with me with Santiago either.
