Came in to have my taxes done... The lady seemed unfamiliar with small business tax, and what would be eligible for write offs.... Somehow her math came back with a higher taxable income then my actual income deposited from my 1099 settlement.... There is no way she included all my deductions and expenses!The lady argued with me about it, so I scheduled an appointment with someone else!I would rethink using HR Block if you need to have a long form filed...That lady only knows how to do the 1040 EZ form you could do for free anyway!

Our tax "pro" was more than likely a seasonal employee. No computer skills, we had to wait 30 mins after our appt time to be seen because he wasn't done w his clients. So it was finally our turn, he took an hr and a half to complete our taxes. Literally using about 2 fingers to type and do the job. Whatever, I get it boomers need an income too. We patiently and painfully sat through it. In the end he charged more than $500 WOW we OBVIOUSLY didn't do it. We took our business elsewhere. We've never been asked to pay this much anywhere. I'm going to protect his name out of respect but dude, I'm not paying over $500 for someone who types with two fingers

Well it was my first time at this location, but for many years I’ve always used H&R Block at another state and it was the best and I think it still is.
