If you value your time, this is not the place to go. I had an appointment set with Daniel at 7 o’clock. Somehow my appointment was crossed with another one. Even though he told me the day before that he had a wide-open schedule and I could pick any time. Needless to say, I waited for over an hour and a half with no resolution. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with H&R Block.
Unfortunately, for me, Mahsa was out of town. I know my issue would’ve been resolved. No problem if she had been there.

Great service and peace of mind knowing my taxes are done correctly with all the deductions I qualify for. You get to see the same tax person each year if that's what you want.

The tax specialist I worked with was amazing. Mahsa at the Taylorsville location is fantastic, accurate, and helpful! I had put off doing my taxes because I was so scared I was going to have to pay but Mahsa helped ensure we got all tax breaks. I actually got a refund!! Thank you Mahsa! She almost made me cry!
