Disappointed in this company, I placed my order online for three phones, the moment I go to receive my order they deny it because of the ID because it is not from Utah but well they charged my money and I did not receive anything, then my husband tries make an account with Verizon and they didn't accept it because it has Itin and it doesn't have a USA passport. They should put restrictions that only accept non-Latin Americans. DON'T BE SO RACIST. I don't recommend this company at all. Don't come and be embarrassed here

Tanner and Aaron at the Verizon in Syracuse were awesome! They walked us through all setups including switching all our apps over. Super patient, helpful and fun.
