The store hours, vibe of customer service and distribution of corporate stores (with a payment kiosk) just sucks!
A corporate store was needed to take care of my business, and St. George was the nearest, a drive of several hours. Apparently only a select few stores in Utah are "corporate stores." I come to this store, well into the day to see no hours listed on the door, the place locked and no sign of life, like a store that had just shut down. I wait outside alongside several other customers who I'm sure had busy schedules. I did only need the payment kiosk (I not being the account holder) and a representative did check to see that I got what I needed. I'll give more than one star for that.
In conclusion, I'm going to suggest longer hours for your corporate stores.

I highly recommend that you go to the location on sunset. They are very kind and go out of their way to look for ways to help you. I’ve had a great experience over there. Verizon made a mistake and one of the employees really advocated to get it resolved. If you want a great experience, I recommend them.
I came in 30 minutes before close the lady I talked to probably wanted to get home and said she wouldn’t take my trade in because to reset the anti theft code it would take an hour. It was my last day to turn it in. I asked if there were other locations. She told me there weren’t any, but then I looked it up on my phone. I went to the location on Sunset they found a way to get around the code and got everything fixed. Aside from that they really understand customer service and go out of their way to help you.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced with verizon for over the 20 some years my husband, my self, & our parents have been customers. My husband went in to the store to trade in a phone & was told by Jacob Howard that he still owed money on a line which was not the case as they were paid off & he said people try to pull fast ones & get away with not paying in which my husband replied to look at our payment history as all phones were paid off last July & he stated he couldn't look that far back nor would he call customer service to confirm so we are forever by passing this awful store & the customer service you receive here & using Victra on Hilton Drive. They were able to look up the info no problem & took great care of us!!

if i could give zero, i would. our SP was great at first with answering questions and getting us switched from at&t. my phone had to be paid off as well as another users on our account. the phones cannot be unlocked for 48 hoursafter they are paid off. instead of waiting to do the switch our phone numbers, he did it today. i have no phone service for the next 2 days. instead of trying to help, he said we could go jbti the at&t store or call customer service. neither of which can unlock your phone. so i’m without phone service and he didn’t offer to help in anyway, no apologies or anything. to say the least, we will be only be dealing with the sunset verizon from now on. this was supposed to be an easy switch. it was basically wait two days without a phone, which we have a young child in daycare so if anything happens, they can’t get ahold of me, or buy a new one after the fact and not even get the new customer deal because we have already signed up for service.

When did cell phone stores become car lots? Sales person:"I'd suggest the warranty, especially for the first few months..." me "how much does it cost?" SP "$17 per month", Me "ok no thank you", SP "well I ll have to have you talk with my manager then". Me "No, I won't be talking to your manager, this isn't a car lot, I won't need to speak to anyone." Then she insisted that that's the way it had to be and I walked out. Apparently they would rather sell warranties than phones. I won't be back. Then they called me to see if I was still planning to upgrade my phone... "yes but not there". They didn't even have the phone in stock. Save the hassle, just order on line.

Went in to upgrade a couple of lines on our plan and was helped almost immediately. Connor took a lot of time to answer all my questions and made sure I had the products I was looking for.
