my boyfriend and i went in hoping to pay off my phone bill and sat down with this one black man we didn't catch him name. he was being very snobby and unhelpful. all because he needed an unexpired ID. so we went to their other location and they had no problem with helping us and got it taken care of with no problems. go to their other location on 1333 S Hilton Dr #306. do not go here.

Jonny the bow tie guy has been one of the most helpful and charming representatives from Verizon that I have dealt with. However that being said I sat in that verizon store for 3 hours only for them to tell me I need to buy a new phone. They also changed my plan even though I explicitly told them not to.
