I can't believe this company hasnt gone under with how hard it is to get a package. cant change the delivery location unless you are the shipper or you pay for their subscription. no way to call them. no way to know where your package is. I want this company to fail.

Tried to call to verify hours before driving 45 minutes to get there, no way to talk to a person on the phone, live chat agent said it opened at 12:30 website and Google said the same, headed out just to find out it’s 2:30, total joke and waste of time.To the UPS cronies replying to this reviews-Don’t reply sorry, you know from previous reviews the hours are incorrect and do nothing to fix it. UPS officially does not give a s••t!

Can you say "Pathetic Joke?"Their phone system won't allow me to talk to anyone no matter how many times I request to speak to a representative. They clearly don't care about their customers.If I could give less than 1 star, I certainly would!Don't do business with these losers!

This place tapes modified hours to their door. When calling UPS customer service, they have no idea about the modified hours at the local office. When you do make it in the door, good luck.

Long wait at unattended desk. When I arrived, I was the only one. By the time someone finally came out, 9 people were waiting. Avoid.

Usually this is a very well serviced place. On my last visit the person inside rushed past me, not acknowledging me nor telling what expect. I would have said something like, "Hi, I'm going to help someone outside. It will take a few minutes.I'llbe with you as soon as i can."After waiting 7 minutes without help I went to Fedex.

Hours posted are 12pm to 5:30pmThey tape a piece of paper on their door to list modified hours that vary per day of the week. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable conduct considering all UPS website information list inaccurate hours of operation. Someone should explain this.

Linda from the St George hub was absolutely rude to me from the time that she picked up the phone. She not only raised her voice at me and consistently cut me off, but she also hung up on me. UPS mis sorted my package and sent it to the wrong facility and she treated me like it was my fault. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

One of the worst companies ever, predatory billing, mishandled/damaged/lost shipments, rude and abusive customer support, just out right, nasty and toxic fraudulent people all the way from the top down.

Worst service I have ever experienced! UPS is not a good delivery service and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! They have my package and they won’t let me talk to a real person to get it.

Not a very big center, I just use for dropping off packages and it works great, the lady that works in their is always nice to me and doesnt mind helping. Doesn't seem like they have any supplies to help you ship so if that's what your looking for I'd go elsewhere.
