I made an appointment to have a passport photo taken. They were busy or I would have refused to take and pay the $20 they charged for the very faded (supposed to be color) photo. On the website it stated they would help with expedited passport service but when I asked about that they acted clueless. I was renewing an expired passport and the photo on my old passport versus the photo UPS took was like night and day. There was NO color and I just hope it works for my new passport. I would have gone somewhere else but didn’t have time since I needed it ASAP. DON’T GO HERE FOR PASSPORT ANYTHING CAUSE THEY ARE CLUELESS!
