Poorest customer service of any pharmacy in the county! I waited in line at the drive up while 5 cars ahead of me were serviced. When the staff finished with the car in front of me they immediately closed the drive through while I was pulling up to the window. Not believing what I just experienced I glanced at my clock and saw that it was 8:01 pm. This egregious and incomprehensible act not only lost me as a customer but the cars behind me too. Obviously Smith’s Pharmacy cares nothing for their customers. Avoid Smith’s at all costs!

I come to the store on 9/27 at 2:00pm. I stand in front of the fried chicken waiting, .....and waiting for help. I made eye contact with every employee behind the counter. .....Crickets! It was obvious to me that this was a well practiced routine. A lady pushing a cart past me said "good luck getting help....". I walked away......

Jacque is awesome! She took the time to figure out my co-pay for my medications and got it down from $400 dollars to $25 using a prescription card. My prescription card wasn’t working. I appreciate her :)

The worst pharmacy in st.george, service is horrible the only reason I go is my insurance but you bet I'll change next year. I think there just under staffed thats why I think there Employees are so rude and there system sucks. If you can go to Costco.

Could you guys please stop taking the debit card through the window and then stapling it in the prescription bag? It’s so inconvenient to get home and get the medication in the bag only to throw it away and realize later where your debit/credit card went. That has happened twice to me and I had to cancel my card and go to the bank for a new one. Most people at the pharmacy are sick and in a hurry to get their meds. Just hand the card back through the window. Also, when I asked if I could purchase some children’s Tylenol to go with my prescription the pharmacy tech acted like she was doing me a big favor. It shouldn’t be that hard to get generic pain meds to go with your very expensive prescriptions.

This is the only pharmacy I use. I’m not sure why they have such poor reviews since I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff is always so friendly and who doesn’t love extra fuel points? Sometimes the wait is longer than expected but I know they try to get everyone through the line as fast as possible and it’s worth the wait to me.

It's a awful store to shop at on Sunday. Nothing is put on the shelves we have loads and loads of frozen item just sitting on the floor. There was NO orange juice put out in the frig section. Asked for help all they could say I don't work in this department. So I went to Walmart and got most of my items. I wouldn't even give you one star. Please do something about it. Otherwise it's Good bye.

Whoever the woman was that was helping me was rude and did not have good customer service. Actually, she didn’t help me at all. When I told her what medicine my doctor told me I needed to get and asked where I could find it, she looked at me like I was dumb and told me she didn’t know what that was and to try looking at a random aisle. I was in a hurry, I was stressed, I was lost, and she made me feel like I was in her way. So rude.

Pharmacy has the worst service ever! The checker and pharmacist were equally rude. I showed up at 9:55 for a prescription that was issued the evening before they all saw me waiting didn’t open until 10:05. When they opened they said it was going to be a wait because there was a line ahead of me and my daughters RX was no more important than the rest of the line ahead of her.
