Excellent place for fuel, clean and always working. I love my fuel points when I shop at Smiths. I constantly get $1 off my gas per gallon.

What a crazy great supermarket.I have never seen a suburban grocery store so large. I was drooling over some of the offerings, most notably a few store made cheese balls bigger than softballs for $9... wow, they looked great!!Also a whole table in the ginormous bakery section dedicated to autumnal baked goods.There is even a huge section of clothes... weird but true.This would be my grocery store if I lived in at George.

Granted, St George is not the biggest town and we don't have endless grocery shopping choices but I still feel grocery stores are in the customer service business. Terrible customer service extremely rude employee at the self check out today implied I was being rude by scanning my items before another person had finished clearing at the very end of a long belt . They had a long line, and I did not realize the belt was going to move with every single scan. I began scanning before the person in front of me was completely cleared away. When telling her I was offended at her comment and that I had already talked to the gentleman and apologized she told me " to let it go "instead of apologizing for offending me. Terrible customer service rudeness is unacceptable. If she had simply apologized for the misunderstanding, it would have ended instead, she made me so livid I am reviewing the store. Is there no customer service training anymore? There's no excuse for Huffy rude offensive comments and behavior in your workplace, no matter your position.

I live over thirty minutes away and was near there so I purchased some food for my family for dinner. I accidentally left a bag which I realized when I got home. When I called about it they said I had to go all the way back to get it refunded. My wife tried to call to speak to a manager and they called her "sweetheart" and spoke condescendingly to her. Just horrible people.

This location has the absolute rudest employees. I would like to say there is one incident but it's multiple employees. Today, an employee named Amy snarled at me. Snarled!!! I seriously smiled at her and was pleasant, and her response was a loud sigh and snarl. If Albertsons was closer I would go there,

We come to Smiths Marketplace at least 2/3 times a week to eat. The food court is disgusting. The lady at the self checkout just sits there and does nothing to help with the dirty tables or making sure the utensils, condiments, and napkins are full. You'd think with a company as big as this they would have someone oversee this. We have to wipe our tables down for ourselves while the "employee" sits there. There is one guy, Nick that does amazing and when he is on those registers the place is cleaned up for people to eat on the tables. But the o e lady needs a different job!!!!

I've heard several stories of women being harassed in their parking lot late at night. One woman asked if any employees could walk her to her car and the employees refused. They have done nothing about the harassment amd clearly don't care about the safety of their customers.
