We have always been treated like family by Mandy.Everything is done in a professional and sterile environment and all the rules are followed to a T. They want to make sure that every piercing works for each person. They take their time with you and learn about you before doing anything. I highly recommend Mandy.

I got my daith pierced today and I had such a great experience here! The atmosphere in the shop is warm and inviting while still being very professional and clean. Mandy was my piercer and she is clearly very knowledgeable as well as friendly, she makes you feel comfortable as soon as you come in and did a great job educating me on the after care process and what to expect. I would definitely recommend Lotus to anyone thinking of getting a piercing done. I know I won't be going anywhere else for mine ✨

I liked the experience but I wish the piercer would’ve asked me if the location of the piercing was good with me as I have experienced that previously at a different piercing studio. It was a septum.

Went in with a messed up navel that I had gotten pierced at a different shop and they let me in before opening hours to look at it and help me. They were very kind and checked in with me a week after the appointment! I recommend coming here for any piercings.

1 week ago I got my first piecing from this shop and my wife got her 3rd. First of all they are perfect! Secondly, I have been in a lot of shops and this one is by far the cleanest, classiest, and most professional one I’ve ever been in! The experience was great, the people were so comfortable and top notch, and the piercing was perfect! Highly recommend!

Melissa pierced my eyebrow and the experience was fantastic. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and very clean, offering water and cookies. Melissa treated my husband and myself with the upmost professionalism, patience and calming bedside manner. Will definitely only use this studio for future piercings.
