Last time we went there, the younger lady was NOT trying to help. but she was the only person available, another lady was helping customer. So we asked a few questions, totally felt that she wasn't interested to help. and she pretty much told us we can go build.com to find it our self and order from there. Well, I have bought from build.com before, with that kind of treatment we got from their storefront, I will explore other website before I bought from them again.

I placed (and paid for) an order on 6/2/23 for delivery to my contractor on 6/7/23. On 6/8/23 my contractor advised me that the order still had not arrived. On checking with my Ferguson Customer Service Representative, I was advised that my order had not been placed because their printer "failed to print it". She though that this explanation should have made everything right for me and became rude when I voiced my dissatisfaction.

Great option to box stores, with everything you need to finish your project. They cater to professionals, but anyone is welcome to shop there. The front has a showroom, the back has everything else.

Awesome place im very impressed with the oldr gentleman he new exactly what my part was and who made it within 30 seconds that I was there it took home depot 3 of me going back to them just to find out that they didn't have the part they kept sending me home after spending 2-3 hours at a time just to send me home with 2 different part to try that wouldn't work but I give them props for sending me to Ferguson's i couldn't believe how fast and how well that gentleman was and he new exactly what I had in my had I will be going back there shop for my next project before I go anywhere else to find my plumbing part so thank you to the gentleman that helped me with my bathtub valve i got it put back together and have water in my house again so thank you and I Highly recommend Going to Ferguson's before you go anywhere else i know that I will be going there first
