If I could give them a negative 10 stars, I would! And FedEx as a whole as well. I used like FedEx but they no longer care about their customers.They decided to pick up early last week and not bother to leave a note on the dropbox, and the indicator was broken and still showed green.My documents didn't go out, and someone didn't get to close on their house, and I got reemed and didn't get paid for the job, even though it was 100% the fault of the careless FedEx workers!!!I asked them to open the drop box so I could get my docs out that had been sitting there overnight instead of getting delivered, but they refused.I asked them to send an apology letters to the borrower. They refused.When we pay for FedEx, we pay lot for 2 reasons:1 - The documents are important2 - The documents need to arrive in a certain timeFedEx did neither. They screwed up soooo badly and will do NOTHING to fix it.Horrible management from the top down.FedEx is going straight down hill along with many other American companies.

Stayed home all day yesterday waiting for delivery which I was told was the delivery date. Package never arrived from FedEx, called the local number all I got was a recording and was told by recording that package was in route but no date was given for delivery. This package went from New Hampshire to Memphis to Oakland back to Memphis Las Vegas now in St. George somewhere.. What an inept company
