Came in with my two rowdy kids and Sarah was very patient and kind to them! Good customer service is rare lately but she was top notch! Best beef ribs in town!

We LOVE Dixie Meats! And we will certainly be coming here much more regularly. Especially with how expensive things have gotten at the grocery stores. The meat is high quality and fresh! And sooooo good! And pretty much everything is gluten free. Even their terryaki is gf, they use gf soy sauce. The only things that do have gluten are the obvious few with bread crumbs.

We've been going to Dixie meats for almost 2 years. We are literally regular customers who spend a lot of money there. We went In Today to get a box of chicken but were told they only had 2 boxes left and they weren't going to sell it to us because they would have none left.
So I asked what they planned to do with it because regardless if I bought the box or they sold pieces through the day they were going to make their money. I even saw the manager in the parking lot - who I approached and asked him why? He said he would have to sell me the box for $240!!! That's $100 over the normal price?? Sounds like price gouging to me or he's pocketing the money. You don't add money to product because you failed as a company to order enough chicken through the holiday. Another thing we noticed was how miserable these people are working at this location. I even asked them one time if they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The employees and manager were super rude and never once offered the other location. we decided to go to the other location on our own where we were thoroughly greeted upon walking in the door. CJ was SUPER NICE and sold me a box of chicken for $95!!!! She couldn't believe the price of $240 either! So tell me how Does this owner, own both stores and has employees selling meat for different prices???? We will NEVER GO BACK to the river road location.. Seriously a bunch of miserable people definitely messing with prices and horrific customer service!

We have been going to Dixie meats for over a year! We love the customer service and the quality of meat is amazing! Also the lady (not sure of her name but she has 8kids) is amazing so sweet, knowledgeable and patient esp with our kids!

I stopped in for the first time and was surprised at the selection. I purchased some chicken cordon bleu fully prepared and ready to bake. They even told me how to perfectly bake it. They were correct! It was so moist, tender, and delicious! They and also told me about the variety of meat and side dishes they offer (beef, chicken, sausage, stuffed pork chops, fajitas, potatoes, salsa, chips, tortillas, etc.) We will definitely be back!

I have gone 2 times for the chicken sale and love it! The young lady that helped me dont know it yet but we are about to be best friends! ? can't wait to get some of those beef bones for my dogs! Great customer service and super clean!

Dixie Meats had been highly recommended to us for a while. I Finally went with a friend who is a regular and now we are fans as well! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles. Everything looked so good & the place was so clean! I was originally going for ground chuck to make a meatloaf. THEY ACTUALLY HAD A COUPLE OF SEASONED MEATLOAFS READY FOR THE OVEN! I was extremely relieved! We were also getting these things called Chicken Bombs! Extremely seasoned cream cheese filled chicken wrapped in bacon!! What!!! And they were the size of baseballs! I happen to see these Giant pre seasoned beef patties mixed with all kinds of extras screaming Take Me Home & Grill Me! I had to ask what they were!...COWBOY BURGERS! Sooooo Delicious! We were also given samples while there. We tried some of their jerky & just had to add that on to our bill! I forgot to mention they even had big buns for these big burgers! One less thing to get. Talk about convenience! All of our meat was perfectly wrapped, tagged, & bagged. Plenty of parking. We were even front row. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this experience.

I don’t know what happened, Dixie meats used to have great customer service. The last two times I went to their store they had the door blocked by an employee stopping people from coming inside and browsing for their selection. I don’t really want to stand outside in the cold. It would make more sense for the employee to help get meat if they are so busy instead of blocking the door.

I buy a cow once a year but this place has made me debate doing that moving forward. They have the best cuts available always and I truly have never been let down. The best meat that has ever come off my grill and smoker has been from Dixie Meats. 10 out of 5 stars. I should have gotten married here.

Dixie Meats has a wide variety of great meats to choose from. I've bought all sorts of different cuts from pork to chicken to beef. Right here I am holding in my hand right now a Polish brat. Back in Michigan we call this Polish sausage. The brats are to die for here. I also especially love their Philly cheesesteak brat. You've got to try this place it's unbelievable. I'm sharing a picture after I've already taken a couple bites. Sorry but I couldn't help myself.

So thankful that Dixie Meats added a River Road location. The quality of meat here is great and the staff is always extremely friendly. The Chicken Asada is hands down the best chicken on the globe for burritos. Love this place.
