I like the virtual tellers. There are people there to help you walk through it first time. Everyone works there is friendly.

Virtual tellers? What happened to human interaction? No thank you. Driving across town to a branch that has a human being helping me rather than a machine!

Virtual Tellers are the scourge of UfirstCU. So awful to sit there and fight to explain your transaction and have them put you on hold. I will never visit another branch with this nonsense.

This location doesn't have an in person teller, so you have to do some FaceTime thing with means you can't just give them your card, so you have to have your account number on you or have it Memorized if you want to deposit a check.

I am upset that they charged me two times for an e cash loan. They need to explain on the app and website that when you apply you only have that time to decide and if you close it out and decide to get it, you have to pay the $20 again. I think it’s a way for them to make more money. They could have refunded me one charge but said they will not. I literally got the loan the next day. They need to start explaining fees and time frame with these, so customers know! Not right!

Wish there was a 0 stars option. The virtual teller drive thru is complete garbage and a waste of time. It took me 20 minutes to complete my transaction where it normally takes me less than 3 at a normal branch.I will never return to this branch ever again and I might be taking my business elsewhere after this encounter.

This is not your typical branch! There are no "tellers" at this branch. My spouse went here a few weeks ago to get change. The employees seemed flustered at this request, as they have virtual "tellers." I went in today, and there is no one to greet you when you walk in - I actually was greeted by the IT technician who was just sitting down on the couch! While I finally got assistance ordering a new card, she seemed put out that she had to help me. I, for the life of me, cannot figure out what this branch actually does. If you need to speak to an actual teller, save yourself some heartache and go to the Riverton or West Jordan branches. This may be the "branch of the future," but they need to be clear to members that this is the case and not advertise it as a full service branch.
