Terrible customer service. Waited quite some time to be acknowledged and greeted while I was the only one in line and two tellers seemed to be available without customers. Tellers having casual conversations in front of customers and not being attentive to the customer. I wish they took their jobs more seriously, or maybe there should be someone in charge such as a branch manager...
I recommend going to the macu in Herriman on 13400. The service is much better there.

I worked with Paul at the Daybreak location. Probably the best interaction I’ve ever had at a bank. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Had to be one of the nicest branch yet. I’ve been with macu for awhile and definitely started losing some hope as the customer service has been terrible, and the last few times I’ve gone in a branch I left unhelped and unsatisfied, and decided to go in to this branch with low expectations but they definitely exceeded my expectations, everyone was extremely friendly and caring and I’m so sad I forgot my gals name that helped me but she was so sweet and helpful.

This branch is my absolute favorite at MACU!I’ve been in a few times and have always had top notch service!The tellers are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help answer questions when it comes to loans, CDs, savings and rewards programs.My teller today was very personable and it was a great experience, something I never had at my old financial institution.You definitely feel a difference when it comes to service at MACU compared to other financial institutions!I’m very appreciative of the team here and MACU in general. Banking with them has changed my life. I’ve hit every financial goal I’ve set and have worked with many team members.

Yesterday I went to your Credit Union in the West Daybreak Pwky Branch to withdrew some cash. As my English language is not good, you staff (sorry, I forgot his name) nicely and patiently used his cellphone to translate the procedures to me. He smiled all the time when he talked to me. That made me felt I was welcomed. Excellent service. Appreciated.

These people are liars and frauds they will literally tell you everything you want to hear. They steal your money. You think your paying your loans and credit cars off but randomly your money goes missing and they say your bills were never paid so now the loans and credit cards I have with these people just keep adding up even if I physically go in there Pay my credit cards it'll be like it never happened and I never paid my credit cards. So money is being stolen from me from these people going on years now. And all they do is lie to you. Even when they get caught they still try to lie.

I got a HELOC from this branch and it has had a 0 balance for months. They are now reporting a late payment as of this month. This company is blatantly and fraudulent pushing down my record score.

I’ve been banking with MACU since 2020, and this is by far the best credit Union I’ve been with. Giovanni helped me refinance my auto loan and went out of his way to give me a better experience than I could have asked for. This included consistently following up with me, being responsive, and even calling my original lender to make sure that we got it taken care of despite the delays and issues with their horrible company. (Do not bank with Ally Auto) overall, amazing experience!
