Terrible experience I won't ever use H&R block again. They charged me way more than any other tax service I have ever used, and it wasn't worth it at all. They got my address wrong so I had to wait longer for my state tax return. They offered a discount then took it away, then I had to fight to get it back and they never gave me my referral discount either. The agent I worked with didn't offer for me to pay with my return until I had asked several times. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a tax service company. Don't use H&R block

I was told when I filed my 2022 taxes I would receive a return of $6,000 if I claimed my two dependents. The next year I went to H&R Block and they quoted me a return of $4,600 but I was claiming 4 dependents. A far cry from what I expected to get back and they couldn't even explain why. They took two hours to process my taxes and i have no assets, only the dependents. The rep said this was their first year doing it and kept asking for help, the supervisor was disinterested in myself and my questions. I asked for a second review and have been trying to follow up but they don't even bother to answer my calls, on top of that their ivr won't even get me in touch with anyone. Worst tax company I have ever worked with.

I would not go to this location. The manager does not provide adequate customer service. Logan does not care about people and you will receive better service just by calling Lehi or any other location instead.

It's your staff that made the difference. Peggy Johnson was extremely knowledgeable and very personable as she went through this process with us.
