The person who deliver our mail/packages keeps putting our mail/packages in someone else mailbox. This person does not pay attention to the house number and street. He/she is horrible at delivering the mail. This is getting ridiculous this person does not know what they are doing. I have had this happen with 4 packages now. They either need to let this person go or not them deliver mail/packages any more.

Have received my neighbors mail so frequent it scares me. They in turn have brought mine to me, sometimes open.

I have never had a good experience with Santa Clara post office. Loose at least 1 package of letter a week. My most recent experience is in the last month loosing 7 packages. I had 5 packages that according to Amazon were delivered on a Monday but the mail man left a note in the mailbox saying I needed to pick them up at the post office. Went to the post office every single day for a week and they can not find them. They gave me a phone number to call. Gave the lady on the call the tracking numbers for the packages and they said that the packages were delivered. Still no packages. I’m seriously worried about Christmas coming and if I will even get the things I have ordered. Santa Clara post office, I absolutely hate being your customer!

Everyone at the post office is so friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. Even when the line is long, they are patient and happy to answer questions. Today I had a package that contained items I really needed for a family trip the next day— it said that it was delivered in a parcel locker but there was no key…I called the post office with the tracking number and she contacted the delivery gal who brought it personally to my house at the end of her shift. I just felt they deserved a big thank you for going the extra mile, it really meant a lot to me!

Again for tenth time. Packaged said was delivered at 1219 today. We are home and no package. They are notorious for delivering the packages to wrong house happens 8 out of 10 times. And we have cameras to prove they didn't come to our house. So tired of the incompetence of this post office also checked the houses down from us and no packages so again we have no package.

Good experience, went on a Sunday to drop off a parcel and the drop off area was easy to find. They also had a large selection of boxes to choose from so I grabbed a few for my upcoming shipping needs. Plenty of parking and signage.

Numerous times now my packagesfrom Amazon will show that it’s in Santa Clara which is about 10 minutes from my house, then when I check tracking they have handed off to another carrier and it goes to California or Arizona then to salt lake city then back down to Santa Clara and finally gets delivered about a1-2weeks later. Not sure what is wrong with these people but it totally explains why the us postal system is on the verge of bankruptcy, someone has to pay for the package taking a 8-900 mile detour after being 10 minutes from its destination ????

I don’t often write reviews, however, this time I have to say this is the one of the BEST experiences I have had with either an agency, company or individuals. There are very few organizations that I deal with that give me the service I get with the Santa Clara Post office. The Postmaster, Kim and the staff are exceptional. If I have a need or problem they follow through until it is resolved. There are very few times I can say this about other organizations and that is what makes this experience outstanding. I couldn’t ask for more.

This is for the person who delivers amazon packages. the post office is great don’t get me wrong, nice people. but the mail carrier who delivers the amazon packages in the van, chucks the packages over my fence. i have a HUGE sign that says BEWARE OF DOG. but apparently the mail carrier can’t read. This has happened 3 times, my dogs have destroyed the packages each time. before, the past mail carrier left the packages in front of the gate. i would like it if the present mail carrier could do that, instead of chucking my packages over the fence.
