“Upper management please give these people more than a pizza party or something, The employees working tonight genuinely deserve a raise. I own a couple stores in the mall, but also work overnight at walmart. I realized after closing my stores I didn’t have my walmart shoes. I called and asked if there was any way they could help me out and offered treats in exchange for the favor. He told me not to worry about the treats to just head down to get some shoes! I still brought treats out of appreciation but seriously that is exceptional customer service. It was at least 10 minutes after close and he was genuinely happy to have the sale! I know they make commission but regardless he didn’t have to do that.”
“The Shoe Depot at South Town Mall is absolutely amazing.
I bought a pair of shoes 1.5 - 2 years ago and I finally pulled them out of the box to wear them, only to find out that I had 2 of the right sides in the box.
I stopped in yesterday to see what they might do for me considering the time frame from when I purchased the shoe's until now.
The manager made it right and took full responsibility for me walking out the door with 2 of the same foot lol.
I truly wasn't expecting anything, however she gave me a full refund for the other shoe's.
So I went a step further and picked up a 3rd pair because of how she handled the situation.
So I totally recommend checking out and buying from these guy's.
There is a reason why I have been buying shoes here for many years, and that's because I've always had a great experience and they always have my size in a 14 and their store has a huge selection!!!

“I rented my son’s prom tuxedo here and we had the best experience. Shaylee and Morgan were there for my son’s fitting and helped us through the process. They answered all our questions and showed us all the clothing options. We picked up the tux the day before prom and everything was perfect. They really went above and beyond to make our experience great. We got the tuxedo plus shoes and it made it so easy to have a one stop shop. They have a great selection to chose from. My son looked incredible. We will for sure rent from them again!”

“Disapointed in the women's selection. I spotted a pair of nike air Jordan's in the men's and got the smallest size. The girl working their explained using crease guard's make's them feel a size smaller. Smart girl and I was very satasfied in my purchase.”
