Ranlife made the whole process of buying a home amazing for us . They made sure to guide us through every single step . Answered every single question we had and made sure we felt confident and secure during the entire process. They even conducted meetings and phone calls for us at later hours to accommodate our crazy schedule. In short , they did everything possible to make the process as stress free as possible and treated us like family . Love the whole team and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone that will listen to me .

This is my 3rd time working with them. Nic is always amazing and is always working to get me the best deals. I’ve shopped around each time and they consistently have gotten me the best deal. I appreciate the consistent follow up in getting things in order and squared away. I always feel very well taken care of. I highly recommend them. HIGHLY.

Ranlife is the number 1 for me and family they are very helpful they are really help people who has less than perfect credit they are helping people that need place to live they are my hero especially my brother chris todd miller and his team they do everything to help me get the house at low interest rate as 3.75 ranlife is the number one of every home loans

I am really disappointed in the service I received from you Scott@ Ranlife. You have been extremely unprofessional through all of this. I have not heard anything from you. I am glad I checked this letter. I trusted Ranlife. That is why I did my refinance through your company. I have not heard from this Mr. Cooper who apparently now has my mortgage. But at least you made your money off of the refinance. If I could give a 0 star, I would.

The Ran Life representative Jordan Barton went beyond expectations. Not only he helped me to get a very good deal in my Loan but also in a marathonic record since I have to close in a house very fast. I don't have words to express how grateful and satisfy I am with the service, customer service, and empathy in the whole process.

This company has the worst service I have ever experienced. I would give negative stars if I could. I have never had a late payment but am continuously harassed due to their inability to fix a mistake that they admitted to and was assured they would fix. They have not fixed the issue . When I call and ask for a supervisor, the won't transfer me without trying to fix the issue which I am no longer willing to give them that option. I have had nothing but issues with Ranlife and will never recommend this company. The only decent people was the person that originally handled our loan and our agent.

Nic and Eric were 100 percent available for any help and advice I needed. I could txt them and would get a txt right back and same with emails. I spoke with Nic several times and so helpful and patient as I was new to the loan process. 5 stars!!
