The amount of tax consideration that goes into a business can be overwhelming, and, as a new business owner, I thought I would be able to tackle much of it on my own. Turns out I needed help, and boy did Incite deliver.
Jordan was happy to get on a call with me to explain the things that I needed to look out for and what to keep track of. The speed at which the returns were prepared from the time I turned in the P&Ls was exceptional, and Jordan made sure I understood the different aspects of each line.

Would not recommend they scam you upfront for $2000 that does nothing and has no benefit to you then charges you $130 a month when a local small town accountant will do much more for you than they will. They did not even auto pay taxes on my behalf like any other accountant I have had and resulted in late fees and penalties from the IRS without my knowledge

This place is a joke 100%. Don’t pay upfront for a discount they just take your money and you get nothing in return. They will later have to sign a new agreement a couple of weeks before your taxes or they said they won’t file the taxes you already paid for upfront. So they did set my business up and was advised by their professionals to set the business up with my initials and last name. Later during a webinar with prime and Pace Morby they said doing what just that was the worst thing you could do when setting up your business and laughed and made joke about. Yet this is what your professionals offered me and did for my company that was set up with my initials and last name. I have dealt with multiple people all which have no idea what is going on. I then found out we cancelled your service months ago. Ok great paid for something got nothing. When I finally got an email back stating I would get a refund. I got two phone calls from separate individuals a couple days later asking how they can come up with a resolution. Prime cancels your agreement doesn’t file taxes that was prepaid in 2023 make you sign something you didn’t agree to before they will file. Lastly you have Matt Hill Senior Corporate Advisor call you and you tell him all the above. Ask for the email stating they would refund and then backs up and changes his position to me that would get a full refund turns to and I quote Matt” I am about to not help you at all” which exactly what they have been doing this whole time. Don’t work with this company.

Run away from these people! I was a loyal customer for 3years until they changed from PCS to Incite Tax. They wanted to increase the customer fee to over 300% and the service got even worse. This year the process took over 3 months to get my paperwork done and I still haven't received my refund. I sent multiple emails and always had to follow up because nobody replies. Its a disaster. I did not agree to pay that price and they just left me... who does that to loyal customers? You gotta thank google to let people review minimum 1 star because you guys deserve 0.

Paid this company to complete my taxes and they never did them on time. Stay far away. They will ignorre you and cost you money in the end. Look at their reviews on YELP and other places. Their Google Review 5 stars are fake reveiws.
