David greeted us and was beyond helpful and kind, down to earth, smart... heck I'd write the man a dating profile or ask him to watch my drink at the club.

LuVance was amazing!!! She called me after the order was placed online. She verified what I was hoping to do and suggested an enhancement that would make the presentation look even better. Then when I picked up the presentation documents, they were amazing!! Thanks Lu Vance!!!

Representative in store mentioned that in-store pricing was higher for quick print business cards (very cheap quality) than doing it online. She never mentioned the pricing was 700% higher than doing it online. A reasonable person assumes at best maybe double. But seven times is outrageous. I will never have anything printed at a fedex ever again not blue prints, marketing literature, business cards, anything.

Elma at this location is so very helpful and kind!!!!I was experiencing “one of those days”; struggling with some of the self-help features on the fax machine. Elma took the time to help me, making sure my VERY important fax reached its destination. I am not exaggerating when I state I was struggling, and at no time did she seem “put out”. It is the owners best interest to keep her on staff. This location always scores high with me, but today was exceptional. Thank you.

The team here is amazing especially Ethan and Breigh. They remember details about my orders that I'm not able to enter in online and they call make sure that it is something I want on the order. They have awesome communication concerning order details and extra costs due to changes. They are so helpful when I have to cancel something and resubmit an order due to mistakes that I made on my order. This review is not just for one order. I have completed over 20 orders with them and all of them have been great. I love coming here to get things done for my small business. Thank you so much Ethan, Breigh, and Sahra!
