My boyfriend had used Monica in the past to get his taxes done, and all of his family does. I usually do our taxes myself, but since our respective tax situations are becoming more complicated we decided it might be best to get a professional involved starting this year. We got our appointments booked and drove over an hour to get there. Showed up early and everything. When we got to the front desk, we were told that Monica wasn't going to be in. So my boyfriend called her, and she had indicated that she had no more appointments on the books for that day and that she would not be coming in to meet our scheduled appointment time. She suggested we could try to see her daughter instead. We found this wholly unprofessional, and instead decided we would turn around and drive the 1+ hour back home and try to find someone else that might conduct themselves in a more professional manner. The bare minimum expectation is to be there for scheduled appointments. If they can't even do that, I don't even want to imagine how our taxes would have been handled.

Perfect if you want to wait over an hour and them not honor your appointment time. We waited 1hr and 20 minutes for the person who got in at the same time as us to go first.
They didn’t ask whose appointment was next. Just because the person she picked to go in next walked in literally at the same time as us.
Wasted our time. Pick someone who cares about your time

Files taxes incorrectly took us three months to get LESS THAN HALF of what they promised us and doesn’t help to fix it and does not give refund back. Waste of your time trust me. They make you feel d*** and thinks they’re better than you and is just very unprofessional do not and I repeat do not come here ever. Terrible terrible terrible

Would not recommend these people to anyone!!!! For one they lied about when they filled my taxes to me, second filled my taxes and didn’t fill out everything did put in my income for Utah so when Utah got my taxes they had to enter it and changed what I was getting back so what else did they leave out? Third takes them forever to do the taxes, fourth getting them to call you back is like pulling teeth they don’t want to make it right they just ignore you and last but not least charge over double what I have paid for the same taxes in the past would not not recommend this is Larry Boyer your welcome and thanks for messing all my stuff up and taking your time and not getting back with me to make it right!!!!!!!!
