No call no show yesterday 11/6/23 for a small move in Sandy. I verified multiple times prior to scheduled arrival. Even talked to them on the phone about 45 minutes prior to when they were supposed to show up.

We booked an appointment for 1:30 for 3 guys. The morning of they called and said that they would be two hours late (3:30). We asked that the guys call when they were on their way. At 3:20 we called several times with no response. Finally the owner answered and said oh they aren't coming. My clients were rightfully frustrated. The owner hung up on them.

We hired this company a few months back to move our furniture & many boxes of books. They were unprofessional & the team leader always had to be telling the younger, seemingly not trained workers what to do, otherwise they would stand around waiting. We had everything wrapped up & packed when they arrived, late, but it still took them double the time to move our things than they quoted us. I understand taking a little extra time because we had to remove a door to get a couch out. However, they were unable to remove the door, my mom & I did it easily.After the move, I was satisfied enough.However we were unable to unpack all the book boxes until the last week or two, & we are now certain that there are boxes of expensive & non-expensive books missing. We are book collectors & traders, & were just able to get our library set up recently in our new home. We know they were in our possession right before the movers came because we packed them in the few days leading up to the move. We have been remodeling our house ourselves, no workers or guests in & out of our new home, so the only people who could have stolen boxes of books were the movers. They took a long time from where we moved from to our new home to stop & “get a drink”, but now I realize that they obviously moved some of our boxes out of the back of the truck.We are in the process of logging our books & we are now up to nearly 50 books missing.

I called about 1 month prior to my move. I was quoted that for my size of home I'd need 3 movers for about 3-4 hours. They said they would be there on the moving day at 9:30.I never recieved any confirmation, so I called the day before to confirm. They said I was on the schedule for 11:30...On actual moving day they showed up with only 2 guys at 11:50. The truck they brought was a Uhaul that was not big enough to fit everything in. They filled it and took a really long time trying to fit as much as possible in it. Then they unloaded it at the new house and said they were leaving. About 30% of our stuff was left at the old house and they never offered to go back and get it because they brought too small of a truck. My husband and I had to personally rent a U haul the following day to go, take off work, and move the rest of our stuff. This is ridiculous. The reason that you have movers is so you can get the job done in one trip.Overall, I was very unhappy as we had to move a bunch on our own. Seems like we should have just done it ourselves from the beginning and saved the $$.

TL/DR: they can do a good job of moving you, but only if they remember. The positive: when they finally arrived 5 hours after we were scheduled, the moving crew did a great job. The negative: The owner completely forgot our appointment. I booked directly with him on a Wednesday for the following Tuesday. I followed up with a text with all the details: date, time, address. He replied with a link to pay the deposit. I promptly paid and got a text receipt. When the crew hadn't showed up on the scheduled date an hour after our agreed upon time, I called Dean. He clearly had forgotten me and my job entirely. His crew was on another job. He asked me if I had booked with his daughter. Long story short, he arranged for the crew to come later that day, so we did eventually get moved. It messed up all the other arrangements we had made that day for the kids and the dog, but it happened.

I needed movers at a very short notice after calling several companies who were completely booked they said they’d be able to get me in. My appointment was for 9:30-10:00am they didn’t come until 11:00 but they were upfront about the delay and it was raining pretty hard. Once they arrived I was pleasantly surprised. They wrapped up all my furniture before moving it and used blankets once inside the truck. I was moving to a apartment on the 3rd floor with access only through a elevator. They had these rolling dollies that they loaded up with my boxes and was able to roll them to my apartment. It was a huge time saver! They were able to lift and carry all my heavy furniture out of a 2 story house and didn’t dent or scratch no walls, break anything or mishandle my things. I needed my bed dissembled and assembled which they also did. They were very polite always letting me know what they were doing and made sure to do things how I wanted it to be done. The move was done faster than I originally anticipated. Overall great experience I would definitely recommend them to anyone and hire them again.

I would not recommend these movers: they damaged a lot of my furniture, and were extremely slow (they were sitting around by the elevator scrolling on their phones and then blamed the distance to the elevator instead of taking responsibility). If my furniture hadn't been so damaged or destroyed, I wouldn't have minded the high cost/slow move as much.

These guys came highly recommended to me by a friend, but I didn't have a good experience for a number of reasons. It ended up being extremely expensive, but a lot of my furniture was damaged (so was a wall in my new apartment complex). Some of the furniture was expensive/nice and they didn't seem to care. They were very inefficient (sitting around by the elevator scrolling on their phones) but then exaggerated to their boss about how far the distance was (who proceeded to show up and yell and be extremely rude). Maybe it depends on who you get, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

This business is completely unprofessional. One of the co-owners showed up to move some of my significant others furniture and preceeded to ask her to text the address of where it was going. Later in the evening, he sent her a text saying, "if there's anything else you need from me, let me know" which he also included an eggplant and squirting emoji. Obviously a sexually innuendo response. My significant other was horrified and immediately made me aware. This is absolutely unprofessional as a company and grotesque. This business needs to address the sexual harassment towards customers from their employees.

Very disappointed in them. I hired them back in May to help move my stuff from my apartment to a storage (15 mins away) and they charged me $135. I needed help with moving the furniture to the apartment which does not require vehicle tranportation, and they charged me DOUBLE the price. There's inconsistency with their pricing and theres a lot of hidden fees. It just does not make sense that moving from downtown SLC to Murray is cheaper than moving stuff from the same apartment complex just a few floors away.
