Nice atmosphere, very relaxing and calming. Low key and a bit of fun walking thru the store being surrounded by some very well-kept and pretty looking plants. Store clerk was nice and attentive, him & his dog. I didn't give 5 stars because I just walked thru and didn't really interact with the attendant other than superficial.

I love this store! It's so cozy and alive, I always visit when I'm downtown, even if I don't need to buy anything (I have too many plants from here already)

Paradise palm is a big (wet) beautiful place full of reasonably priced plants. There’s a handful of rare expensive plants and a large variety of good beginner plants as well! Prices ranged from $5.99 to $100 just totally depends on the size and kind of plant you’re looking for. Employees are always super helpful and really chill. It’s dewy and sunny and gorgeous in there, good vibes for walking around and admiring the plants before you pick one to bring home. They’ve had some fun things by the counter like air plants or bamboo for cheap too!

Very cool plant store with lots of good succulent options. Seems like it should have a good small business vibe but when my 2 year old needed to pee urgently while shopping was told no public use of employee toilets, making us rush to find a toilet before she had an accident. Throws off the good vibes here.

Very helpful and down-to-earth. Like paradise to just walk in, breathe, and take time finding a perfect-for-you plant. And the staff are so great at helping and answering questions. Highly recommend. Buy local!

Good selection! No pests on the plants which is a plus.Knocking stars down for the safety of parking. Also there are a ton of great plants here. I wouldn't say anything exotic. They do have a huge banana plant I have my eyes on but their pricing is half decent! I'll be back if they get more exotic plants!

Bought some plants here a couple of weeks ago. Employee was super helpful when I was trying to fit some plants into a really specific space. Adore the energy and aesthetic--it's honestly a little addictive.

Wow! Calling all Plant Ladies/Daddies - if you've got a foliage obsession, your collection isn't complete without a few new dependents from Paradise Palm. The atmosphere is incredible, it's like stepping through a door from the scorching downtown sidewalk into a secret rainforest. They've got a small koi pond at the front, plants packed so tightly together it resembles a jungle more than a store, and it's so humid there's a mist that hangs in the air. There is so much to choose from here; small and large tropical plants, air plants, cacti and succulents, bonsai trees, ferns, and some sought after varieties of Hoya, Alocasia, Philodendron, and Begonia. Prices are pretty on par for what you get, not dirt cheap, and not overpriced. I got a small/medium sized Hoya linearis here for about $30.If you're an off the deep end plant collector, you probably won't find anything here that is super rare - there are no crazy $700 rare species here (that I saw today). You're probably going to find something here you don't have or is hard to find at a regular plant shop (like a fern leaf cactus!)A MUST visit if you even remotely like plants. A good place to get in trouble on a Saturday afternoon.

I am leaving this review with a slight grain of salt just due to the fact that the last time I was here I was chased out of the store because I pulled my mask away from my face to talk to one of my customers on my phone while I was browsing their plants, even though I was the only customer in the store.Their policy is changed now and the store is wide open to customers. I feel like this is the best decision they could have made for their business. I am aware of the panic the pandemic caused and I understand that masks were a firm policy but I really feel as though I was mistreated by the employee because of that one fact, and that initial interaction left a bitter taste, especially considering I was there with the intention of spending money. My experience last weekend was far better than I could have expected. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store, the plants are all clean and healthy and well maintained. Employees were friendly and attentive and were quick to answer my questions and very helpful. I appreciate their attention to customer service and am very happy with my purchases. I bought a couple houseplants for myself and some succulents for my little sister and I will definitely be returning in the future.

I went here for my birthday to get my first Bonsai tree. This place has tons of options and was very beautiful. Ethan and Elsa were WORLD CLASS when it came to helping me and my friend find the perfect tree. They were so personable, professional and passionate. Ethan’s pot dressing skills were exactly what I wanted. Such an awesome experience. I recommend to anyone looking for a plant ir a bonsai tree.

I really enjoyed going to paradise palm! they seem to take care of the plants relatively well. i would have given 5 stars, but masks were required which i have no problem with, but if you don't have one you had to pay $1/ paper mask which is insane! but i would definitely go back again, but this time with a mask:)
