Edit: Katherine called me after I left and was super helpful during my appointment.
I scheduled an appointment for 9:00, when I showed up at 9 the person I was supposed to meet with was in a meeting and I ended up leaving after 30 minutes. The host at the main entrance was watching meme videos at full volume lol.
