Their new location feels like your standing in line waiting for a bank teller. Also, the gentleman that sits on the far left next to where all the inventory is being stored was rude the last couple of times i've visited. They no longer take the time to talk to you about cool coins or explain any history. I've had bad experiences buying both gold and silver and it just feels like a transaction that they're hoping to get over with fast. A couple of years ago it didn't feel like this. If you want a local bullion and coin dealer feel and someone who is excited to be a part of your collecting journey I would not visit Monarch.

Figuring out when this place is open is RIDICULOUS. I know they're open on wierd days so I check Google and trying calling before I go but still struck out 2 days in a row. So annoying!!! Their service and staff are great which earned them any stars.

I went to Monarch was welcomed and felt secure. Austin helped me with my transaction, he is friendly, has a good attitude, knows customer service and was patient with me and my questions. The prices were fair and competitive. Jackie assisted Austin and she is Awesome too. I had a pleasant experience there. Thanks and see you guys for round two!

Good bullion dealer. If you are looking for most numismatic pieces Id look elsewhere. Somewhat strange hours. Probably the most up to date pricing in area. Unless they have it somewhere other then their small show floor, they had zero 90% to be seen. But I could be wrong!
