Great place for deals on gear but yrmv based on who helps you out. Came in with a flat tire and to get a kickstand for my bike. Asked if the kickstand would fit my bike (the rep had my bike in his hands) and he said yea they’re universal so I snagged the stand. The rep also said my bike tire was fine after he pumped it up. Cool cool. Get home and the kickstand doesn’t fit and the tire is flat again. Went to Saturday Cycles for the flat and they fixed it on the spot - there was a leak in the tube and it just needed to get patched. Wish L9 was more thorough and thoughtful.

I've been in a handful of times for both snow and bike stuff. They have great competitive pricing. I have been blown away by the customer service and knowledge of the staff each time. One of the best shops in town!

Sam helped me pick out my first ski setup and the whole time was so patient and answered all my questions I had about the various options. He wasn't pushy at all and helped me feel super comfortable throughout the whole process. Level Nine also had a great selection of items all at very good prices. Thank you Sam! I'm super excited about my new setup and will definitely be back

Staff are super nice and knowledgeable, great used selection of skis, and will hook you up with an amazing deal if you ask nicely!!! Will continue to buy from level 9 as long as I ski.

First, the building that Level9 is in is super impressive. Whomever had the foresight to finish it out in that manner should get major kudos. It is clear that it will drive the area into a hub of what is cool. Reminds me of Austin actually in the earlier days. Second, I have to say that the staff at Level 9 was beyond friendly and helpful. Was buying skis for my kid and they provided a ton of insights and aligned us with the best possible options. That kind of customer service is unfortunately rare these days. So while prices are extremely low, don't expect the friendliness or selection to be nothing short of great.

Went here recently to get some boots I purchased at the Millcreek location looked at. They set me up with Will and he was great. Super knowledgeable and really listened to what I needed and how I felt in the boots I tried on. Unfortunately the shop didn’t carry the exact boots I needed but I was able to walk away confidently knowing what boot I needed to purchase. Definitely recommend!

Went to L9 downtown today to get my new ski boots and I was lucky enough to have Riley on my side.She was amazing and her service and attention was 5 stars! She provided me with different options, explained the technicalities of each model and had the best attitude and service.Thanks Riley!

Great prices, awesome variety. We bought our kid’s ski kits for a fraction of the price compared to renting. Our salesperson Aaron was super helpful and patient. Will totally recommend and come back.

I had a great experience with Will, who adjusted my ski boots. After a painful day on the mountain with an adjustment that wasn't working, I was ready to call it quits and he listened and was patient and was all around super great to work with. Recommend to any in SLC in need of adjustments!

Cage was amazing! Took over an hour with me to personalize my boot fitting to make sure i left happy with the perfect fit. I’ll definitely be coming back to level 9 and to Cage in the future.
