  Don't let your attorney fool you about when to use a conservator , if you recently had a settlement for your son and your the parent and your attorney convinced you to use this company to supposedly have the right to settle the case ? Let me tell you this is not true, if you the parent or sibling you can be appointed to be the conservator and trustee the only way a judge can deny you if you have a disability or chronic illness or if the disabled person doesn't have someone closer or family member to look up for them and if you are the parent asking for help on how to manage the settlement money , also why using a company like this when can you easily go to the bank and asks questions and attend to seminars on how to manage and invest your money for the best interest of your child . Don't let this company and your attorney fool you , because the attorney already have a Deal with this Stagg Financial to receive a kick back for referring their clients to them ,also why paying to have them be an conservator this company is getting 50 thousand to 60 thousand a year just for being named as conservators when you can use that money on your love one . also read the reviews and do your Homework about this company, this company is not a company to trust. The attorney that used to handle my case wanted me to sign a agreement to name this company as conservator without any explanation I knew something wasn't right because the attorney literally was forcing me to sign it and refused to have a Spanish translator or time to review it at home , until I set up a meeting with others attorneys outside utah and you cannot even imagine what I discovered, the only thing I can tell ya is that Utah is full of Corrupters attorneys that turn their back's to their clients just for money, Stagg Financial already know their evil plans on how to stills ppl's money from innocent people, and the sad part is , They make everything looks so legal for you to sign their agreement but the truth is That THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVE ONE , this is all about Money This company deserves #zero stars for knowing and doing this types of business but I'm going to give them 5 stars just because I want everyone to know my experience with this company otherwise if I leave one start they automatically will report my comment and my review will be erased.   the worst company I have dealt with. I would not use them, and go to someone else that can complete with competence your very valuable tax information!

  Robin Bastar and his assistant Lili have destroyed my life. The agreement was that they would do a business ledger, a Profit and Loss and Income statement. They never did the business ledger. We have an operating agreement. My brother flew in from New York to meet with Robin Bastar and Lili and showed them in the operating agreement he is to receive monthly statements to show where the money is going. Robin Bastar and Lili's claim that that is just way too much information and business owner's simply do not want to be bothered with a business ledger showing where their money went. When they were first hired, however, they agreed to do this business ledger and claimed that it was utterly necessary for us to get on Quickbooks Online. We have since gone to a new accountant and they say that Quickbooks generates the business ledger automatically for you once you input the expenses. Therefore, creating a business ledger is no big deal. Yet, according to Lili and Robin it's more painful and difficult then pulling teeth...and a total bother to business owners.
