My tax preparer was completely unprofessional and overpriced. Did not try to find any other deductions and very little explanation on my return was the way it turned out. Just save yourself some time and use Turbo Tax.

295$ are you kidding me? I didn't even have a complicated return. What a joke. It said $80.00 online and then after the taxes were done I was told $339.00 how am I supposed to say no after 60 minutes and she did all that work.

The last tax season I use the downtown h&r and the manager was the worst macho Latino as am I which made it all the worst in my opinion attitude that I've ever encountered in the professional arena. I almost did not go back to h&r but I've been such a fan /client until last year of h&r for many many years so I thought they can redeem themselves in another location redwood plaza to be exact and it worked ! Miss Snow was happy, witty, and professional all wrapped up in one as she apologized for my last years experience that just made me melt that's why the high score thank you Miss Snow! Here's an idea talk to the management in the downtown area 475 East 500 South office because seriously you almost lost a old and reliable customer for good!THANK YOU.
