I have been on the phone for over a week trying to resolve my Advanced loan situation after being approved and not receiving my money so at this point I feel like I've been scammed no one can give me answers and I have been doing business with you guys for years we have to make this right

I left multiple messages and no one ever called me. Maybe they are out of business? I keep getting sent to a phone tree that takes my i fo but i never get a call.

USE THE FREE ONLINE PROGRAM.As someone who worked there, I can attest that the Tax Pros provide a quality service and product, despite HR Block Corporate's best efforts to set the Tax Pros up to fail. They are ridiculously overpriced. They demand perfection and a LOT of time from their Tax Pros, but when their system inevitably causes asinine issues, they tell the Tax Pros that they cannot demand perfection from the system; a system which is extremely buggy and seems geared to specifically cause undue stress for all the employees.If you are thinking about working here, keep those things in mind. Also, do not get sick or demand respect that is due to you,. Be sure to ALWAYS clock in, especially before getting sick and needing to resign. The inappropriately named "Associate Relations," will ensure that you do not get paid for the hours worked, even after you substantiate your claim to entitled compensation. Such was the case with Associate Relations Agent: Stacie.

Tax filing was acceptable! Stephen was great! And the first expert made a good call to pass me along to him as he was more experienced.My issue starts here: Stephen suggested I pay $99 for a 3 meeting tax prep. I pay this premium along with other fees. At the counter I ask to schedule those 3 meetings. They have me sit for 20 minutes. Then tell me Stephen is just seasonal. And to schedule with a different HR Block. They said they’ve never heard of this product. After that they refused to schedule me and put me on a 20 minute hold which I was hung up on. The original spot also placed me on a 18 minute hold then hung up on me. I’m convinced because this charge wasn’t itemized in my bill that’s it’s fraudulent and scammy. I’d like a refund for the services that were not rendered or scheduled. Would have liked these 3 meetings to be with Stephen which wasn’t an option either.

I was dreading doing my taxes, I had multiple years unfilled.. The tax preparer named Uma Muthiah was AMAZING. She made the process super easy and helped me understand this really complicated process all while also helping me not be so stressed out by treating me with the utmost respect and care. I honestly have not encountered someone who treated their clients with so much respect. I am amazed by her genuine personality and her beautiful smile. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I really feel that words don't even begin to describe how Awesome Uma is.. Thank you so much.

I've been going there for years . But I will never return. These people don't know what they are doing. The only thing they are good at is wasting your time. . The guy that normally did my taxes retired two years ago since then I have not had a good experience with H&R BLOCK. I should of just did them myself it would of been better . AND DEFINITELY CHEEPER.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Communication with this location is horrible. They filed for my husband and I and it got rejected from the irs due to not having a ip pin, we were both unaware we needed one and weren’t informed until it rejected, I tried for 2 days to get ahold of someone at this location and I’ve been left on hold in two separate occasions for over 25 minutes, they have hung up on me once and it takes 14 different calls just to get someone to answer just to put you on hold for 30 minutes, in the midst of being on hold they would take me off and instantly put me back on, horrible customer service over the phone. This has been a horrible experience and would recommend finding somewhere else to do you taxes. I still haven’t been helped as I’m writing this review.

It is hit or miss whether you will see someone who is efficient and helpful. The communication was also inconsistent and the cost was very high compared to what I have paid for with a private accountant.
