Today, I attempted to purchase a drink and receive cashback. The cashier told me, in these exact words, "we don't give cashback on CSL cards." There was no explanation as to why this is the case or a more detailed explanation regarding the transaction or card type that is considered not acceptable for cash back nor a sign posted. It was very unprofessional and poorly handled.
You're essentially telling a customer that they can spend money with this card but cannot receive cashback, even though other types of cards and transactions pose no issue. I hope the corporate office figures this out because I will no longer frequent Holiday. I work close in the area at a donation center, where many people have and use that card type.
I am unable to recommend your business to the hundreds of individuals, within walking distance, who have money to spend at your store. Just be aware if you have a "CSL card" that this is the type of service and interactions youll have and that your money is acceptable upon condition. Disgusted.

I was rather impressed by my experience with this location. I wish I could remember the names of the two attendants who helped me, but I was having trouble with my Splash Pass.
They both went out of their way to assist me. I'll be back to this location for sure.

A good service station that has several islands to fill up with gasoline, a car wash and a well-stocked convenience store. Located on State ST.

It’s not about the store but their splash pass. You can’t cancel online I can’t find out where to. Also car wash has scratched my car pretty bad. I do not recommend using it.

Easy in & out lot. Plenty of covered gas pumps. Has convience store. Need air for tires? Electronic air station. $1.50 for 5 minutes. Set your tire pressure on screen then pump air. When your tire pressure is correct machine sounds alarm. Do next tire same way. Machine accepts cards.

They are so rude here. The manager has been so rude to me on multiple occasions and I have had nothing but compassion for her but I’m just done with the way this place makes me feel when I leave.
