Had the BEST shopping experience yesterday with my sales rep Trevor. I recently moved into a rural area & need to get more into online shopping so I wanted to try Fabletics as I heard about the VIP program. Trevor told me all about the VIP membership and then helped me select the best leggings for my daughters volleyball & for me. The quality is excellent and they have sizes to match our tall family. No pressure sales, just a great sales rep who made the shopping experience easy & fun.

Your employees should not come to work obviously extremely sick and contagious. Today an employee walked up to me (I was masked, so clearly conscientious about these things) sniffling and wet coughing like crazy, asking to set up a dressing room with me. We left pretty promptly empty handed, and we had planned to buy 3-4 outfits. Fabletics, are you not giving your employees sick days or are they just irresponsible??

Will say the items are 80% off and then charge you full price if you cancel your subscription. Very hard to cancel also. Shady company.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Back in 2021 I purchased some shorts and Fabletics charged me twice for them. It was such a hassle to get them to credit it back to me I decided to cancel my account. A couple weeks ago I wanted to resign up. I mad a new account, an order, and then received an email my order was canceled. When I called to see why my order was canceled, they told me my account was deactivated because I had disputed a charge back in 2021 which means I can never have an account with them again. So because I disputed a charge from when they charged me twice, I can never have an account with them again. Don't waste your time or money.

This Fabletics at the city creek center is pretty good. They have a great selection of exercise clothing for men and women. The store is neat and tidy and is well decorated. The employees were very helpful and kind. If I recall correctly the store is located on the bottom floor. Our visit here was very pleasant.

I was skeptical about the Men's shorts but gave them a try and they exceeded my expectations in performance, design, and appearance. Though, what prompted me to come back and review was my experience with employees. I had 2 exchanges to do and both Beth C and Kaylee H helped me out on different occasions and were kind, friendly, and helpful in my requests - will be back.
