I was a customer for a year. Most pharmacies allow patients to order refills via phone automatically at any time of day. For the first six months, I had to call each month to schedule my refill during 9-5 business hours. They finally set up a text message service for refills, which works but is cumbersome. The final straw was when I was due for a refill, this was delayed for almost a month for a number of reasons: they waited until I no longer had any refills before contacting the prescriber, a preauthorization was required but I was not informed of this until 15 days after my final refill expired. Not very service oriented especially when diabetes medications, pumps, etc are of critical importance to patients. So I transferred my prescriptions to my local CVS who filled my prescriptions in one day, as usual. This pharmacy needs to do better for patients who need their supplies… they are just too difficult … no web based ordering support, no automatic telephone support for refill orders, basically this operation is not ready for prime time. All of these capabilities are offered by every pharmacy. Come on, Byram, you need to modernize your procedures.

Bryam was recommended by my insurance. Their website was super easy to use, the process with delivery was quick. And everything was covered by insurance. I would definitely use them again.

Needed to rent a wheelchair in a bit of a hurry. They were amazing and supplied one for my husbands yes. The price for a week was very reasonable. Very pleasant people to deal with. I’d definitely deal with them again.

The prior auth process and Rx process was stalled and delayed getting critical supplies (I was already rationing due to change in employer and insurance policies) because Byram failed to recognize that the Rx and auth forms were completed by my physician’s P.A.-C, but clearly stated my endocrinologist practice name, address, and physician on both forms. So very frustrating to have to spend HOURS on the phone on my lunch breaks to get this resolved.

Only breast pump ordering through insurance site that off the bat told you if it was 100% covered or what you'd need to pay for upgrade units instead of just filling out a form and waiting for them to verify your insurance. Wasn't expecting my pump for weeks as I ordered a little earlier but got it right away!

My first impression was horrible. I needed life sustaining equipment and no one seem to really care that I only had a 10 day supply and they said it would be 3-6 weeks before it would ship. The first Rep I spoke with was so condescending & just kept talking over me. If I had a choice, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Once I was able to speak to a Supervisor, she was able to expedite my order and I received it in time. I give Ms Jackie ☆☆☆☆☆

I ordered my breast pump through Byram. I had it delivered very quickly. They had a wider selection than other companies my insurance was contracted with. Overall, I would use them again and recommend them
