Arrived for my appointment for Geek Squad and was told that all of them were no shows so had to reschedule appointment. Definitely frustrating to get my computer fixed for work. The customer service representatives who were there were polite though!

The staff were very friendly in helping my the materials I need for my new home, helping me order the things that weren't available in the store, and if they couldn't provide the technology/service, they told me where to go who could!
When I went to pick up my order, the staff, particularly Chit Sa, was very quick in her service, she asked if I was satisfied, and she gave me the kindest smile and farewell! I think the only reason that I see so many 1-Star reviews for this site is because Chit Sa wasn't there to help them out!
Hopefully, her influence can rub off on the other staff!

They made me sign a $45 restocking fee, in case I decide to return a $350 phone. I won't return it, but that's a SCAM, totally illegal, and Americans don't even know it. Also, compared with Best Buy in Canada, customer service here is really bad.

No I Don't want your extended warranty. I bought one before and my item broke and I was stiffed on the replacement. Extended warranties are a scam. If you need something right now and don't want to wait for an online order, they have a pretty good selection
