Jetti is an amazing guy to work with!! I have been going there for years with my grandpa and this year I brought my, newly married, husband and he was super helpful!! We had a question on one of our forms and he allowed time, into another appointment which his son took in, for us to make a call to our bank and get it figured out that same day. We also had him call us back that night with another question and got back to us with an update as soon as a couple hours! I’ve been going to him for 4ish years now and have never had an issue! As well as his prices, customer service, and genuine personality makes him great to work with!

I haven't left a review for Bear Cat in so long because well I thought I wouldn't need to, but after reading some of the other reviews I thought hold on, this isn't right and I need to stand up for a great business! My husband and I have been going to Bear Cat for over 25 years. We started out with Ray and his lovely wife, Karla, then kept going with Ray when she retired, and now we are with the Ray's family. We have NEVER been audited by the IRS (knock on wood) ): and although we have owed taxes several times when this has happened they always told us what to do to avoid it for the coming year. They get us in quickly, even toward the deadline for filing, and we have never had to wait longer than 10 to 15 minutes. The charges for what they do are extremely reasonably priced and our refunds have been swift. We had a problem years ago with one small thing for our Autistic Child and Ray got on a conference call with us and the IRS to get it straightened out. As far as any issues with religion or living together we have NEVER been judged by Bear Cat for any of that sort of thing. I'm Jewish and my husband is Agnostic and they have never been anything but polite and welcoming to us! The only thing about the decorations I've ever noticed is how cute they were because Karla was Gandalf the Wizard with a needle and made the cutest stuff, may she rest in peace. Besides that, it's their offices and can decorate it however they see fit. They do their jobs and are wonderful to work with! I'm not one to continue to go some place for as long as we have been going there and not get great service. I love my Bear Cat Experiences and they are 100% professional.

I went to Bearcat for two years in a row. I really liked the service for the first year, and I usually prefer doing business with "mom and pops" shops. This past year has been horrific. They messed up my taxes and I never received my return. I have called and texted. I received one response from Justin saying he'd look into the issue a month ago. Since that day he hasn't returned my calls or texts. I decided to go elsewhere and learned that my social was input wrong. Justin told me that he spends all summer on his boat, so I know he has plenty of time to get back to me. I do not recommend using them.

Professional and fast! I have used Bearcat Tax Service for over a decade. Ray is professional, friendly and efficient. My questions are answered thoroughly and I feel valued and appreciated as a client. I highly recommend!!

This is my 3rd Tax Season with Bear Cat, and my only regret is that I didn't go here sooner. (I wasted too much time and money with Turbo Tax!) Ray answers the phone on the first ring and can get me in as soon as the next morning. He is both friendly and professional.

Wish I could give negative Stars I've been trying to get a hold of them for months now because my taxes were sent wrong and now I owe money because they did my taxes wrong. I do not recommend this company I recommend everybody stay away from them if you want your taxes done right they will not get back to you even if you leave 50 plus calls and voicemail

I have been going to Ray with Bearcat since I turned 18. He used to be very good at his job, he was kind and jovial and his rates are very low. The second to last time I went to Bearcat, he kept staring at my tattoos, and he started treating me differently. He wouldn’t chat with me anymore or look me in the eyes. I shrugged it off because that’s how some people are in the state when it comes to tattoos. Then the last time I went to Bearcat I showed up for my appointment at 4 pm only to wait 2 hours because they made a mistake and had me for 6pm . Eventually Ray does my taxes and makes a mistake but it’s too late to fix it and I ended up having to pay the state of UT because of his mistake. It wasn’t much thank god but he took no accountability for it. He has become very disorganized over the years, his family/workers are lazy they don't care about their work, they misfile and jack up peoples returns. Ray has since messed up my brothers return, it’s AUG 2022 and my brother still hasn’t received his return. The IRS is holding it because of Bearcat taxes. They won’t return phone calls, they avoid my mother (who is trying to help my brother). Ray used to do taxes for my entire family, but not anymore.

So I have gone for at least 4 years and 2022 will be the last. Ray did our taxes in 2019 and we just had an audit and they are not returning my calls and Ray did them wrong and cost us 210.00 to the state and still no response from BearCat. Why am I paying them to do my taxes wrong.

Very friendly and super professional. I am a young one who is beginning to file taxes and he answered the questions I had. I felt a little out of place being in someone’s home, but I warmed up after a while. I will definitely be coming back next year! Thank you for the great service!
