I recently submitted a claim, but it turned out that it was small enough to handle on my own. However, during the process, ASA customer service was so helpful and friendly, and literally went far beyond their duties to help me. I so appreciate their quick feedback and being accessible when I called. Manager Clay Anderson was exceptionally helpful in answering, or finding out about a few uncommon and particular questions I had about my policy. Thank you to everyone at ASA! It was a pleasure working with you.

Worked with Clay to get auto and home insurance. We ended up only buying auto b/c of price. he was super helpful the entire time, answered a ton of questions, and was fully upfront and honest about what the policy covered and what we needed to do. Very happy with ASA and we'll be coming back when we need to update our policies in the future!

With insurance rates increasing, ASA really took the time to find the best rate and the best coverage for my needs. I worked directly with Honney and was extremely please with her customer service and response time to all of my question. Her knowledge and respect she showed me throughout the full claim process was amazing. ASA Insurance has been nothing but good to me and I have never had an insurance company that has supported me like they do. For anyone looking for a great company I highly recommend ASA.I truly cannot say enough great things about this company and Honney. Overall I definitely give them a 5 star rating.

Tyler Anderson has been my auto and home owner’s insurance agent for more than a decade and is so responsive, helpful, and personable. He goes above and beyond in my experience, and helps me to obtain policies with the best rates and fit for my needs and he has been supportive and gives helpful guidance through the process when I need to file a claim. I highly recommend him and have recommended him to multiple friends!!

Never take house insurance out from them. Would not pay out structural foundation damage from flood. Told us a damaged clay wall was cement rendered. Would not acceptable geological report. Absolutely awful very stressful.
