While the staff was kind and the overall experience was positive, I was disappointed with my lash lift. First, I was not informed that my stylist had an additional fee, resulting in a higher cost than I was initially quoted. Second, the quality of the lash lift was subpar. Despite paying over $100, my lashes do not appear lifted. Immediately after the appointment, I noticed they were not fully lifted. However, it wasn't until after I showered, well past the 24 hours when you cannot get them wet, that I realized the full extent of the issue. I have included a photo of my lashes after the shower, where they appear flat, and another photo showing the results I expected after curling them.
This was certainly not worth $100 or even $10, I would not recommend getting a lift from this salon.

I had a fantastic experience at Amazing Lash in Sugar House! From the start, the process was seamless—taking advantage of the Facebook discount was easy, and their telephone customer service was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the email reminders too.
When I arrived, the staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. It was my first time and they made me feel right at home and easily explained the process. I opted for the natural look with minimal volume, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am excited to try the membership, too. My lashes look amazing—check out my pics, no makeup, no filter needed!
This was a 5-star experience all the way. Thank you so much to the team at Amazing Lash!

I went for a consultation first because I have sparse and short lashes. Priscilla was so knowledgeable and told me that my lashes were not hopeless and we made a plan. I came back today for my appointment and got them done! They are beautiful! I feel so confident and I am so happy with them! She did an amazing job! Also the wonderful women at the front are so friendly and helpful! The nicest group af ladies I have met! Thanks everyone for making my first lash appointment truly fantastic!!
Requested style: I had to do a little bit shorter because I have short lashes but we did the glamorous ones so it opens my eyes up more.

Padma was a new lash tech who did my lashes for my birthday. She did a wonderful job. I’m new to eyelash extensions, but she took her time and I feel like my lashes turned out great. I didn’t realize I couldn’t wear makeup the same day but my eyes looked great that I didn’t need to. I went for a classic natural look. Thank you Padma!

not a good place to go . lost way to many lashes 2 days after my fill for it to be normal but all they tell me is that it is normal . I wish I never would have went. waste of money
