Driver came to deliver a 300lb grill to a residence. The truck did not have a lift gate, nor did the driver have a way to get it out of the truck. I had to help him lift it out and provide a hand truck to move it once out of the vehicle. If I had wanted to unload it myself I wouldn't have paid $75 for delivery. It completely defeats the purpose of having it delivered!

They were great for us on a residential to residential freight. Was quick, everyone I spoke to was super kind, followed instructions, and the rate was competitive. Great service!

Our driver was Lee. He was working with a small space and a huge trailer. Still, he was efficient and mindful. He even put cardboard down under the feet so the driveway wouldn't be damaged.

I recently made a long distance move across the country from Utah to Florida. Checked Pods and all the similar places... none compared pricewise with U-pack. The value for the actual space was amazing! I got phone calls before the trailer was dropped off, friendly service when I called to schedule pick up after we loaded it, and delivery and pick up again in FL. Every person I spoke with was super nice, and extremely helpful. Each of the 4 drivers that I encountered were all so nice and professional. I had a 28ft trailer and it was packed full. Nothing broke!!! Some furniture was a bit nicked and scratched up but that speaks to my packing skills, or lack thereof. I 100% recommend using U-pack as your moving service. It was easy, convenient, and very reasonably priced.

I took my 5 star review down, the new location needs to figure out how to expedite the will call service. I have been to this location 3+ times with it taking over an hour to get my product brought out every time.

Great company to work with for something that they don’t usually do. We had to pick something up instead of having them deliver to our house. They were very accommodating.

On my first scheduled delivery they showed up over 3 hours late and didn't call an hour ahead as agreed. Then they claimed I made a 2nd appt which I never made and wouldn't acknowledge their mistake (I wasn't even in-state). On the third delivery attempt they arrived a day early. And, about a week AFTER the delivery was finally made, they called me to see if they could set up a delivery appt. I wouldn't trust this company to deliver a pizza.

Don’t deliver here. Check in 7am , still on dock 10:30am now. They unloading, loading there own truck. They don’t care about you. Asked guy to unload my truck he said I need more 30 minutes. Let’s see how long he take. I request tomorrow is thanksgiving so I don’t want to stuck here. I have another appointment 10:30am. They don’t care. Very bad experience will not come again.

Lost my 800 pound washer on the 17th still have not located it talked to them multiple times last I talked to them they told me to just contact the merchant and have them send out a new one it’s not possible they always say they will call back with an update but never do I don’t understand how they lose something that big that has the address right on it

What an amazing experience, the people here do such a great job at helping customers as soon as they walk into the office, they try to make you feel comfortable in any way they can.
