My wife has a pair of QC35s that she can't sleep without, and they died
We live nearby, and they kindly allowed me to drop off/pick up to avoid shipping delays, and they worked so fast that we got them back without a single night of sleep lost
The experience was so good that it will lower my ratings of businesses in the future, as it's redefined what 5 stars means for me

Left speaker stopped working so I decided to send it in for a repair, ended up spending $160 not including shipping there. So almost half the price of my headphones. Other than that everything was very smooth

Professional pilot and flight instructor here. My Bose aviation Xs were repaired promptly and with attention to detail and quality. I reccomend them 100%. With inflation being a clear factor, small businesses that do honest work are hard to come by and deserve business.

My Bose qc3 headphones had static on the right side. I talked to Jorge and decided to have my headphones refurbished for a $120 estimate. Sent them in and when I got them back there was a loud feedback sound on the right side. Send them in again (I paid shipping) and got them back and the static was still there. Sent them in again ( I paid shipping), and they said they couldn't find the static. They wanted me to pay for the return shipping since they said there's nothing wrong with my headphones. I sold my headphones for parts. since this has happened to another reviewer as well I do not recommend them. I don't recommend the other place in Provo Utah either. You might try Joe's GE.

I found this company on the Internet but wasn’t really sure what I was getting into. There weren’t very many reviews. But now I want to leave one. I follow the process as outlined on their website. I was contacted within a couple of hours with information about how to ship my headphones. I did that day and within a day I had receive test results and a quote. I authorized repair and receive the headphones all within a week of starting the process. I don’t know how you can do any better than that. I would highly recommend this company..

Professional, quick, reasonably priced service for my Bose QC35 II headphones. What else can you say when someone performs at the level they commit to and when they commit it?? Great job!

They did an excellent job repairing my Bose QC15. It took 10 days including to/from shipping time. They got back to me with a diagnosis and a repair cost on the day the received my headphones. Once they received my approval the work was done in a day. They created a video showing my headphones were working. At that point I paid them via PayPal. They shipped it back via USPS priority mail that offers tracking. I would highly recommend them for headphone repairs.

I took my Bose A20 Aviation headset in and he fixed it while I grabbed dinner. Excellent workmanship and timeliness was appreciated since I need my headset for work.

Like the other reviewer, I also had my Bose QC-15 repaired, but my repair was not successful. They said it was repaired but for some strange reason, the working side had stopped working immediately after it was sent back. They offered to examine it again free of charge and then insisted it was working and that I was not plugging in the cords properly. At this point, I told them that we would not be able to come to an agreement so I was going to sell this headset for parts. Headphones Repair Service (HRS) insisted that I was wrong, that I needed to read a manual on how to operate these headphones and insisted I admit that I was wrong before they would send me my headphones back. I asked on 3 separate occasions, that they send me back my headphones, but they refused. They wanted me to say that they were right. At this point, I wasn't even asking for a refund -- I just wanted my headphones back to sell for parts, but they still refused to return them to me. I had to get The State of Utah Division of Consumer Protection involved before HRS finally sent me back my headphones after holding on to them for 6 weeks. I would say 0 stars for not being able to fix my headphones. Yep, still broken after paying $105 to them. Negative 10 stars for being condescending and holding my headphones hostage.

I was very upset when my venerable Bose QC-15 headphones bit the dust. I sent them off to HRS and got excellent customer service. They did delay the shipment of the headphones back a couple of days, but I'm not sure that was their fault! They texted me when they got my headphones, texted me when the repair was done. Sent me a VIDEO of my headphones (with my hand-written ticket in the background) working. Offered several reasonable upsells (which I declined, but were awesome nonetheless). My headphones are now working great! (Maybe even better than before!) Highly recommend and definitely will use again (if the need arises)!

My experience with this company is extraordinary. About a year ago I called to repair my beloved Bose QC15 headphones. They treated me very well but I did not use the services on that occasion. A week ago I contacted them again, I sent them my hearing aids and in exactly eight days I had them back in my hands and as if they were new. When I sent it they were absolutely damaged with the board corroded by rust from the batteries. His general appearance was also affected. I have them again and absolutely enjoy them. Congratulations to Jorge. After the negative experience I just had with Amazon, this company makes us believe again that you can do things well and have happy customers.
