While Marioot is not my preferred brand i was pleas let surprised by this hotel and its service.
Provo is a beautiful place, full of inspiring natural surroundings. This hotel is at the base of the Wassach Mountain range and we throughly enjoyed our stay.
The rooms were spacious and accommodating, amenities were plentiful up to date but the true standout would be the staff.
The hotel was immaculately kept and anytime you needed someone they were there with a friendly smile to help.
Would absolutely stay again.

This was a fantastic stay! Great location, club lounge, and room in the convention wing. Hotel was highly responsive to all of our needs. I would like to individually thank two of the employees at the front desk. Illyana and Olivia went above and beyond to help us feel loved and welcomed with their spectacular gesture of kindness. They didn't know my elite status but still went the extra mile to make us feel special. Please recognize them for their efforts. We will definitely be back every time we come to Provo.

I started using this hotel in 2020 for business travels.
Over the last 4 years, it is noticeable that rooms are getting outdated. Many rooms have weak Wi-Fi signal and also weak regular cell phone signal (depends on the floor and room location). Hard to take even Teams call from some rooms. AC in the rooms is often very noisy and rooms temperature control is not working properly. Amenities and breakfast standards are just average.
Hotel has excellent location with walking distance to many restaurants

I was at the Provo Marriot for a business weekend. First of all, prices were fantastic. The people at the front were friendly. Checked right in. The place was clean. Rooms were clean. Food was great. Perfect. Just perfect. Why can't every hotel be just like this.
Food & drinks: Great food at our event. Drinks at the bar really nice.

One of my favorite hotels in Utah County! Great staff, Room service, food, comfortable rooms, great location
Rooms: Beautiful clean rooms, comfortable beds, nicely appointed
Safety: Safe area downtown provo.
Walkability: Nice area to walk around downtown provo

Beautiful scenery. Was able to get moved to a room with a mountain view. The first room wasn't bad but there was a crack.in the ceiling that had a bad repair job and just made the room feel rubbed down. Closely located to a lot of venues!
