I bought a car from them and they were nice people but they gave me the car with no gas in it and the inside was filthy and they left all sorts of trash and stuff in the trunk. And I have still not gotten my plates and its been 45 days. Had they not had the car I was looking for I never would have bought a car from them.

worse dealership in utah. they are nice and friendly until you give them your money and all of a sudden sell you a car that cant even pass emmissions. Not a single honest emoloyee. Becasue all the real ones left. Goodluck if you want a lemon!

This dealership is shady. I went in to buy a truck from them. I had recieved $1000, in assisstance from this program i work with. For this money to be teleased all i needed was them to sign some paperwork and provide their feferal tax id. number confirming their legitimacy as a dealership. After I explained all this to both the salesman helping me and later the owner I was assured this wouldn't be a problem. Try asked me to bring in some cash to put down teling me it was just so they could start tree financing application. I asked them at that time and adhesion before handing over any actual money if the cash I paid green would be returned to me if things didn't work out with either my $1000 funding or not finding a suitable vehicle I could afford. I was assured and reassured that I would get back any money I gave them if there was any issues. I gave them $100 cash just to get things moving while I asked to get the paperwork signed and the tac number turned into three program that was helping me. It took about a week just to get the paintwork signed and filled out and they told me Terry couldn't find their tax identification number anywhere. I informed them that I had to turn it in to ferry the money. I probably visited ghee car lot at leeway ten times over the next four weeks and called twice that many times only to hear oh we are working on it or he's not here right now. After over a month of waiting I returned and asked the salesman to please return my down payment I informed him that I felt line I clearly wad not any sort of priority to them and that I was going to start Shopping around. I also told him if he was now able to get the information I had been waiting on any time soon I would be happy to come back. He asked if I could give him 10 min to call his boss and see if they had figured it out yet. I agreed but told him that I ten minutes I was leaning and I would need my deposit back. He told me that was fine. No problem. 30 min later I addled into his office and tome him I had to leave and needed my money. He said his boss was getting the number I needed right then and I told him he could call me when he had it i wanted my money and was going. He said he didn't knits how to give me the money back because they don't keep cash there so I asked for a check and that in when he told me the receipt I had been given said non refundable if approved. I had never been told that I was always assured I could get my deposit back at anytime. Not only this but I was never really informed I was approved the owner told me he could get me approved and he also showed we the truck he wanted me to buy. But.when I asked for the financing terms or even how much I gaff been approved for no one could tell me. They were very back handed and misguiding the entire time I worked with them and still refuse to give me my money back.

This place is complete garage!! I waisted a week trying to get a car with this place. They tried to sell me a dodge dart that was a rebuilt title and didn't inform me once! Then I made a down payment on a subaru and they told me I got approved. So I go there thinking I'll be getting the subaru and the approval wasn't even for the subaru. It was for the chevy that I never wanted in the first place. If you want to get a nice car go to elevate!!

I purchased a vehicle from CTR motors just over 4 months ago through a friend who worked there. The process while purchasing kept running into numerous issues. Part of the problem was my bank. I understand how that goes. However several cosmetic things on the car needed attention before I would buy it. They assured me that they would be done on a certain day and time. All cosmetic repairs before the purchase were done on a very under satisfactory job. After servicing the vehicle numerous times now on regular maintenance, I keep finding more and more places where things like plastic zip ties are used to hold pieces of the car and engine system on. The exact places that I needed repaired in the first place. The registration process was very unnerving, having my temp tags expire before they could get me my plates. Which they then required me to get them the car back to go do an emissions test.... Which they already had given me a paper saying it had passed, very shady. No one seemed to know what was going on nor know anything besides the model of the car. They tried to tell me my car was a V6. When it is a V4. Now that it is this far in the future, I am beginning to wish I had not gone with this dealership.
