Mark and Jen and the entire staff at this location are phenomenal. Customer service is exceptional and it feels like a neighbor community mail & print center bc of their dedication to customers. I have been in this location 100+ times for drop off and pick ups and the entire staff is always happy, kind and willing to go the extra mile for customers. Thank you Mark & Jen!

Tried calling the store & got sent to automated which I hate.Whoever thought that was a good idea for any business it's not. I've always liked UPS, so pretty much now if you need anything just go to a brick and mortar than try to call.It's a lot easier than dealing with a machine who doesn't listen.

This location is the best one, by far. The store is clean, it is efficient, and the staff members were polite and helpful. I needed to get my temporary registration printed after renewing with the DMV website. They were quick even with non-stop customers. And, to top it off, they didn't even charge me to print the document. Very kind. Thank you!!

I've been a customer of #3471 for 16 years and have always had unbelievably professional and friendly service from all the people there. It's so great that if they served beer it would be like Cheers and I would stay longer.

SOOOO helpful- I made an error with an Amazon return and Jen was so cool and casual about her above and beyond attitude to make it right, help me w/Amazon and get the return taken care of. Some places could care less, not this UPS store. Thanks a bunch!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. When I worked here,Mark the manager mistreated me and aI also saw him do the same to customers. Story time: I was working Halloween and decided to bring in a cake. No ate it which was fine, so Mark wanted to take it home to his family ( I didn’t care) but I did not get a thank you for buying the cake. Also Mark would get mad if I moved the computer mouse to the wrong part of the computer screen ( common mistake). Becky, you talked to Mark several times on how to treat people and he doesn’t learn. He should have been fired long ago and be working at McDonald scrubbing toilets for how he treats people. Your business is failing because of him. Let him go or watch your place fail.
