“This store is excellent and the staff are extremely helpful without being pushy, which is much appreciated! I found a pair of pants (Keb) that I really liked, but the legs were too tight on the pair that fit in the waist. I was bummed out, but then learned that the shop could alter a larger size that fit my legs but had a waist that was too large, for free! The tailor did an amazing job and was able to take in the waist, and the pants fit perfectly! I liked them so much I bought another pair with the same alteration. The store mailed the pants to me once complete, and the whole process took less than a week. Businesses rarely offer such great service while working to find a solution for their customers. This store delivers and is highly recommended!”
“I had a great experience at Silver Lake Lodge. I’ve been to the cafeteria which was huge and luxurious. The food is ok and the prices are coherent. When it comes to the workers, everyone is super sweet and eager to help. There are public restrooms and free water fountains. The views are amazing and the music is great.”

“These guys are simply the best!! I will never rent or buy from anywhere else in Park City! We've been going to Park City for a few years and I've rented equipment from most of the shops there. This was my first time going to Jackson's and I honestly will never go anywhere else again. Everyone in the shop is super cool, incredibly knowledgable, beyond helpful, and just the friendliest. I rented skis and boots from them and when trying on my boots I didn't listen and chose boots that were too big. After a few hours on my first day, my boots weren't feeling great so I went back in and they immediately took the boots back, had me try different pairs until I found one that fit me properly. After day 2, I went back in and ended up buying boots from them because they were so great. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be back to see them next season!”
“Fantastic customer experience - they did a walk-in same-day wax to get our skis and snowboard ready the day we arrived to town. Friendly staff across the board from the woman at the front desk to the guys back in the ski shop; the store manager helped me pick out a rental ski to help me transition from a beginner ski to intermediate. Highly recommend this store for snow sport needs for out of town visitors. Will definitely come back here for any future Park City ski trips!”

“Joel and Tim are ski boot fitting wizards!! I cannot thank them enough for their help and patience. I've been skiing most of my life and for the first time I have boots that properly fit my small, difficult to fit feet. Joel went so far out of his way to find a boot for me - it's the end of the season and stock is low so he called and walked around until we found a pair. Then he created custom insoles and fit the boot to me. I knew day 1 in the new boots would take some time and adjustments and Tim took so much time to get them just right. He has an incredible amount of patience and continued making tiny adjustment after adjustment to get a precision fit. When we got the boots right, I could not believe the difference in my skiing! These guys are awesome and everyone in the shop is incredibly helpful and just wants to get you feeling great on the snow!”
“Mike is the best boot fitter I’ve ever had. I have terrible foot for ski boots - narrow heel, wide toe box, high instep & bad supination. Mike got me into a new set of touring boots after trying on only 2 pairs. In the past it took me over half a dozen boots to find a decent fit. And he custom molded both the shell & liner & hooked me up with custom insoles in less than 30 minutes. Don’t go anywhere else for an expert boot fit - go to White Pine Touring!”

For anyone in need of fitting assistance, I highly recommend seeing Michael at Coles Deer Valley. As a somewhat intermediate skier, I approached the experience with a mix of nervousness and hesitation, lacking a true understanding of how boots should fit or what makes a good boot. Michael completely transformed my perspective with effortless expertise. His assistance was not only helpful but also exceptionally kind, taking extra care to guide me despite my limited knowledge. He genuinely wanted me to find the best boot for my needs, emphasizing, "I won't recommend a boot unless it's the right one for you. That's what matters most. Even if we do not have the right boot, I will not sell you one." Through several fitting attempts and even a return, he patiently assisted me in discovering the perfect boot. “came in at end of season sale. 40-60% off everything. normally when you see this there isn't much selection left but there was a lot still left including patagonia oakley burton etc. funny bc patagonia stores down the street selling the same exact thing at normal price. 5 stars also to brian. i asked one question about ski boots and he goes off for 10 minutes giving me custom fitting and a few brands he thinks fits my foot. also at half off. ended up not getting the boots bc couldn't get right fit but got a bunch of other stuff. highly recommend.”

“Wow these guys are the best!!! Not only did they hook me up with amazing powder skis in the late morning of a sick pow day (when literally EVERY other shop had been run dry) - the customer service was also amazing! I kept the skis for 2 days - only ended up skiing on them for 1 - and they were completely understand and only charged for a single day. I would highly recommend based on their service, ski selection, and general good vibes (which are definitely needed for the mountain!). Ended up renting from them a couple more times to test some demos and received the same service level every time I was in the store. Couldn't recommend enough!”
