They customized boots for you. So if you have special needs for your feet like myself (super narrow feet and heel) and my husband has a flatfoot you are at the right place. They are on the expensive side. But definitely great value for your money! Super happy.”

“A smaller than a typical store, but well stocked and staffed. My only complaint of ALL sketchers stores is that the little square-box metal stools for sitting and trying on shoes are NOT friendly for older or mobility impaired customers. No arms or nearby counter/rails and a very low seat makes it really challenging to get up off the stool. An elevated platform under the stool or one armchair in the store would make all the difference in my shopping experience.”
“The price is unbelievable, great job on the Name Brand pricing, I love the store wish their product had a bigger selection, and the store is so small that they don’t carry much in clothing! Go to the other location they have in Lehi, 50 minutes away they have close. Overall the store was a good experience. Employee was eager to help out, employees: let people look and shop for a few minutes before adding pressure, needs to be a less stressful situation for everyone involved with this store. Love the idea but need to give people space to breathe! Great displays and loved the bright colors in some of the older collections, the new collections are drab, need to bring back bright and fresh exciting colors and memories for all to enjoy, great potential for the future of this store. I will be purchasing more from this Park City store location, by the way the outlet stores close at 7:00 PM Sharp”

I had questions about what to wear for my first time skiing and they lined me out quick and easy. I'd easily rate them higher. Good people working there. “Didn't buy anything but my initial reaction was, "Wow, this place is well merchandised." Beautiful store. I thought about deducting one star because the workers today were too busy chatting about a coming trip to Paris to do more than announce a welcome us, which they said before we even closed the door about 50 feet away from the register where they were busy "clerking.". In the end, I realize that the great merchandising set my expectations higher than other stores I visited in Park City today.”
