Traded in my perfectly good car to get a low payment on a different vehicle. I asked the salesperson Rico if I could get a warranty to which he responded I could get an extended warranty. Well then after paperwork I couldn’t due to mileage on the vehicle. That was mistake #1. Took the car home and not even 400 miles later the turbo failed. This is a major mechanical failure that ended up costing me 3,500 to fix. They told me they would help me take care of it but I needed to get a diag done before I brought the car back to them. I asked multiple times for any documentation that my car ever was inspected after it was traded in as they claim every vehicle gets checked out by the shop(this one must not have) and they would dodge the question each time. So I went and spent 200 for a diag and then had the car brought to them as they said they were going to take care of it. They did the opposite and cut me a check for what was supposed to be $1,000 but ended up being $780 because they needed some of it to “satisfy the loan” which I was not told they would be doing. Overall horrible communication and experience. I wanted to see about trading the car back into the dealer to hopefully get out of it as it now has bad axles, and the used car manager Reese offered me half of what I paid for the car a month ago and way below rough blue book!!! They gave me a check that wasn’t even signed so I had to get a new one so again great communication. Not sure how they operate for new cars but as for used me and everyone I know won’t buy here again. Many other details I didn’t include regarding poor communication. Absolutely horribly insanely bad experience. The employees of the group were rude. Didn’t want to post this but people should know. Ended with a $700 check and a “it was your choice to buy the car”. Make sure to not trust this dealer.

In my opinion, they lack integrity.
Got an offer from them on my car through CarGurus. I showed up so they could look it over. They told me that the rotors and or brakes were going bad and tried to give me a low-ball offer. This was a straight up lie. The brakes were checked less than 50 miles ago when I had the tires rotated.

Most agree dealing with dealers suuuuuuucks. I never thought I’d leave a positive dealer review but wow! I came here thinking maybe I’d get a new truck but that quickly turned into a definite. And honestly it’s because of the staff and specifically the salesperson I worked with. Jr. went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal and genuinely listened to my request and matched them.

Spencer was a great person to work with. He seemed very genuine, honest and kind. I would work with him again. However George the sales manager was not so honest. to start, he gave me a dollar figure for the traverse I bought on one day then he tried to give me a different number the next day. The traverse had a scratch and dent in it and I was told "don't worry about it, we will take care of it". Now I am not sure what that means in car dealership language but in my language it means that they are going to FIX the scratch and dent, not just try and touch it up with a little paint. and finally, I left messages for him to call me twice. Once before I arrived to pick up the car and once when I left after I picked up the car, and I have not heard from him to this day. (by the way 1. I drove over 700 miles from Montana, and 2. he scheduled the time for me to pick up the car and then conveniently was not there when I arrived). I was going to request my 1,000.00 deposit back since I believe he did not fix the scratch and dent the way I understood it would have been fix. I signed the paperwork as is but am not happy with the way that George deals with people or the fact that I still have a dent in the new car I bought and will have to fix it myself!!!1!

While traveling cross country had a minor issue with my truck and trailer brakes. They dropped everything and fixed the issue and I was back on the road in 2 hours. Outstanding customer service.

I had car problems while in park city which required me to purchase a new car. The sales department at Karl Malone could not have been nicer and very accommodating. Jr. was the sales person and was very impressive. He found out our needs and was very helpful in finding us a car. We purchased a 2024 Suburban and he had us driving away within hours. Highly recommend him and the dealership.

Marvin was exceptional! His attention to service and my specific needs in the purchase of a new car were outstanding. The entire team at Karl Malone were stupendous including George and Dillon who ensured the entire transaction which was conducted remotely went seamlessly. We drove away incredibly thrilled with our new car!
