I called Best Buy and was given the name of the manager at the Park City store. I emailed Eric Morgan as I couldn't get through by phone. He was very responsive, he took care of organizing the installation and did so in a tight time frame. This is the type of customer service that will keep me going back to Best Buy Park City. Thank you so much Eric for your assistance. And by the way, the installation was done perfectly with a very professional crew.”

David helped train us on the new fancy remote and came back for a follow up training after a few weeks later. He was also very helpful in remaining in our budget for the project.
