Horrible!!!!! Worst attitude I have ever experienced when I walked in. Nothing has changed even though it is under another name. They have no idea what good customer services and could care less if you are local and a regular customer. Unfortunately they are all about the money.

My boyfriend bought me $100 gift card for my birthday. Went to use it today (a few months later) and they would not take it because the family members that used to own it together have split up. Had to listen to them arguing on the phone who was going to pay her back for “all the money he took” very uncomfortable, very unprofessional. Will never go back.

The nail technicians are not very nice. The work they do is fine, however, on my last visit, the technician accepted a FaceTime call while doing my nails and then cut the top of my finger with the nail clippers because she wasn't watching what she was doing. I will not go back here.

I walked in and they two women were finishing up a manicure/pedicure- the younger woman argued with me for five minutes that I must have called the other location for an appt ... perhaps I did, but there was not one person waiting in the salon!! Worst manicure- she complained about my brand new polish I brought....no one entered the salon for the next 45 minutes.... There's a reason it's empty....

I got a jelly pedicure and a manicure and this place was fantastic. The jelly pedicure feels so nice and fun! The staff is friendly, kind, and welcoming. My nails look absolutely gorgeous. I love this place and will definitely be returning!Services: Foot massages

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE.I only went there because there's no other nail salon open on sundays didnt ever expect what I would have to deal with. I'd give it a zero if I could terrible service. The woman who did my nails was arrogant, unpatient, totally rude. When picking out a color I asked for a little more time, was given an attitude I asked for a color and was shut down immediately she said no very rudely, I'm the customer I should be able to choose what I want not what's convenient for the tech. When I told her the acrylic was burning (this happens to me all the time but I immediately get sprayed to help the burning) she didn't acknowledge my comment at all, she continued working and said it wasn't her problem. The acrylic lifted while it still wasn't dry but, obviously it was an accident, and I didn't notice it. I brought this to her attention all she said "why did you touch it, its your fault" instead of fixing it and moving on, instead all she did was start screaming at me, which is totally unprofessional on her behalf. Telling me I was in a bad mood obviously who wouldn't get mad at this atrocious behavior, if she's the owner shame on her, if she's just a worker a little attitude adjustment would do her well!!! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS !!!!

I love this place, I had Tracy really happy ?She was on time, I got the time wrong, she got me in anyway. She is fast, not too fast though, super nice, speaks English, and did an awesome job?

I keep trying to give this place a fair shake. Service is inconsistent. Staff is rude. Shame because they are always empty and can squeeze me in. But I guess the above are reasons why.

Very rough. I live so close, so I've tried them a couple of times and both times were painful. For a pedicure, I like my nails very short, so she cut them short and then proceeded to dig under my nails to create a white line, which I didn't want. Went another time to have a manicure and it was also super rough and painful.

Went with my wife for a pedicure. I went to have minor callous on my heels scrubbed & I've heard of having ankles & calves massaged. It sounded like fun. I'm not an expert but the woman that did my pedicure took a total of 12 minutes. She was non- communicative, didn't say hello, goodbye, what's your name, where are you from. Possibly she didn't speak English. My feet don't look or feel any better and there certainly no massage

I don't know what's with all the bad reviews! I'm visiting from California and was looking for a clean, professional place to drop in and get a gel pedi. This place needs 100 gold stars! My pedicure is beautiful and the techs here are so nice. Everything was clean and relaxing.

Went in for the first time for a manicure and pedicure they were friendly and nice! Great massage took time and did an excellent job I would definitely come back!!
