The customer service gives a lot to talk about, they have been rude when telling us that they did not have time for us. It was not an appropriate way to serve a customer. I would not return to this Agency.

Terrible customer service. I needed a new card got no help from the teller or the manager. They refused to print it even with all of my information and id. I will be closing my account because of this.

After a complete search of my clothing and all other belongings, I could not locate my credit card. I tried again the following days, gave up, and finally went to my Mountain America branch. I was very embarrassed, and went to a teller, who put my mind at ease with his kindness and smile, and told me that it happens, and not to be ashamed or embarrassed. I gave him the information he requested, and within 10 minutes he gave me a new credit card number, and new credit card. We established a new password, and he cancelled the old card. I was relieved to know the old card was cancelled and could not be used by anyone for purchases or withdrawals from my accounts, and was shortly out the door and in my car. I'm a Mountain America customer for life because of the way I was treated. --Maurine Fronckowiak

Very helpful and courteous. Tellers corrected my problem and knew not only their store hours but also other branch hours.
